Theres a $485 charge to pull your transmission that goes to the cost of your repair. If you tell them not to check it they will tell you "We hav to put the same transmission oil in it that we took out." Which contains other peoples dirty oil transmission which will do damage to your vehicle. They will tell you that they rebuilt your transmission but they will simply take it part and change minor items and put tit back together. Your transmission WILL FAIL AGAIN before the warranty is up. DON'T COME HERE. These guys will leave you high and dry. They do shotty work. Go to a reputable transmission company, this one sucks. READ the BBB complaints this A+ doesn't mean anything. Picture of the fake veteran is the one who will steal your money, with these horrible business practices.

We had a "drivetrain malfunction" warning and the quote was for a major repair that we had already had done at that shop as well as additional expensive work that didn't seem warranted. I came here for a second opinion as they have positive reviews and extensive training/experience in BMW work. Ruben senior immediately reviewed the history and recommended checking the solenoids before making a call. The car ran great for o another year plus when the light illuminated again. We were out of town at the time and Ruben Jr. called me twice to discuss how to deal with the situation. I was able to get the car checked and confirmed the solenoid problem that could be addressed on our return. Master European ordered the parts and is now making the repair which did not involve any of the previously recommended expensive work by the other shop.
