Avoid this company at all costs! During my move, they broke my marble bar cart. I was told they had…read moreup to 14 days to resolve the issue, which I was fine with. However, after the 14 days passed, I had to follow up multiple times before finally being given two options: either replace the marble or accept a payout of only one-third of the item's value. I chose to have the marble replaced. Weeks later, when they came to deliver it, it wasn't marble at all--it was porcelain FLOOR TILE with a marble print and unfinished sides (see photo). Despite all of our communication being in writing via text--where they repeatedly confirmed "marble"--they then blatantly told me marble was too expensive and they won't do anything more. They had "fulfilled their legal obligation" by giving me floor tiles instead of marble. So in the end, it was a "gotcha" because I chose the option to replace and I got what I got even though it was wrong This was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to someone else!

I made a reservation for a move from Torrance to SCV with Grant but never received a confirmation- 1st red flag!! Grant and another guy showed up on moving day in a U haul, 1 roll of tape and a few raggedy blankets - 2nd red flag!! They took 6.5 hours to load a 2 bedroom and needed constant supervision. One of them also took a 20 min restroom break in the middle of the move in addition to the normal allocated break. Upon reaching SCV, we found our glass dining table top damaged along with a couple of other items. Grant came over a couple of days later and took measurements to replace the glass table top. Since that day (6 weeks since the move) it's been a game of evade and lies. He says he has the table top on order but no idea of when it is due. Now he won't return calls or messages. Extremely unprofessional and unethical. I have to resort to calling him from unknown numbers to get him to answer his phone. I have reported them to the BBB. The good reviews on here are people who just got lucky dealing with this joke of a company!! Please do yourself a favor and pick an honest, reliable and professional company other than these clowns!

I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to move for us! We were going from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours. I did a move similar to this a number of years ago, and it took the crew 7 hours to do the same amount of things. Everything arrived in the exact condition it was in before the move. I have used 3 other moving companies in the past, but I would absolutely use these guys again over those other ones any day. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in any future move they do. The price they charged was lower than all of their competitors, and there were no hidden fees at all. He was persistent about my belonings being stored in his storage unit and I tried communicating multiple times I would like to have my belonings removed but I was not sure what to do because he was going to charge me again to remove my belongings out of his storage unit. So then I hire a company to have them removed and they left some of my boxes there because of miscommunication. It took less time for the same company to move from Simi Valley to Saugus in 2020 with the same furniture. Additionally they took close to an hour for lunch, but billed it as only a half hour. Not the most efficient team (I don't remember names) or the most honest when it comes to billing.
