We were moving between homes in Camarillo. We got quotes from a number of local movers. Freedom Moving's quote was in line with the other companies, but Freedom Moving's quote was better because it included all additional moving supplies and gasoline which the other companies add to the price after the move. We were very impressed with Elijah and his team. They were friendly, professional and hard-working. A couple of the items to be moved were large and heavy and difficult to get into the rooms. Elijah and his team worked together and came up with great solutions every time. One of the team saw that we had brand new flooring and went to the extra effort to put new felt floor protectors on the legs of all the heavy furniture. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved out with care and they took off doors where needed and out back I order to do so. The fridge was expertly disconnected and reconnected with no damage whatsoever. They even followed up days after to make sure everything was ok! The most efficient and effective movers I've ever hired. They moved a 1 bed apartment for me and in my entire life I've never had movers move that fast ever. They did the whole thing in around 2 hrs. Including taking apart my bed frame and reassembling and taking apart my impossibly heavy couch and reassembling it. They even fixed a leg on my table They didn't have to. I've moved quite a few times in my life and these were hands down the best movers I've ever had. And the fact that they were cheaper than any other company I called was the icing on the cake. I have moved many times in my life and by far Freedom Moving and Elijah Via is the best most affordable and professional company I have used. The detail in making sure none of my belongings were damaged and the care in moving the items this company took far exceeded my expectations. In the past I had some major damage from the lack of care by some meathead young men, and then after the damage was told only .60 cents per pound was what they would cover, not only that, it was twice the price of what other companies were charging. The price I got by Freedom was so reasonable and I didn't feel as though I was getting gouged. Elijah, and his team were quick, careful and got everything handled in a professional manner. I have already referred three people to this company and also may use them to haul some junk away as I am told they do that as well.
