We wanted to do a 7-day cruise on Virgin Voyage but also wanted to spend some time in Athens prior to the cruise. First off, we have 2 adult children living in 2 different states. I wanted to be able to meet somewhere and then fly together to Greece. It was great that she was able to coordinate the different flights, time zones, etc to get us all there. We all met in Toronto and was able to fly together to Greece. Once there, the hotel she chose was fantastic! Centrally located in the City, the Acropolis view from hotel room and restaurant were amazing. The cruise was amazing and the suites she got us and the kids were perfect! Although we had separate rooms, we shared a balcony and it was on the correct side of the ship so we were able to see ports as we arrived. The transports she coordinated from the airport to the hotel, and then to the embarkation, and then back to the airport was very satisfying as I did not have to worry about timelines and/or standing in line for transportation. She was even able to have flight times back to the USA from Athens so we were able to have a "last final" together at the airport before returning on separate flights. There is no way I could've done this on my own and we are all thankful for Amanda's expertise!

Janice not only got me a balcony, with an upgrade for the same price, but arranged airfair, insurance and a extrodinary hotel! Especially when you…read morefactor in the cleanliness of the room, the part of town you're staying at, the amenities that are offered, value, and overall condition. This takes me to the city of Fallon, the largest city in Churchill County which is roughly an hour east of Reno, Nevada. I came here on Labor Day weekend (Sept. 5/6, 2020) to visit family in the Reno/Sparks area. Much to my shock, I could not find one single hotel available anywhere in Reno! I get it that it is a holiday weekend but everything was absolutely booked. My speculation is that many people were going through "pandemic fatigue" (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) where everyone wanted to get out of the houses and venture out of town. Fortunately I was able to book my reservation on the evening of Sat 9/5/2020. Since I am a valued member of Choice Hotels, I was able to go on their app and book a one-night stay at "Comfort Inn". The price was a very decent $110. I was very relieved because if this place was not available, I would have to go further out to Lovelock or even Winnemucca. I arrived roughly at around 9:15pm and my initial check-in was a breeze. Parking was tricky to find since I arrived so late but I found a spot not too far from the hotel grounds. Once I was given my key-card, I was pleasantly surprised with my hotel room. There was an abundance of fresh linens, clean towels, a mini-refrigerator, a small coffee maker, hairdryer, safe, and a 32" HDTV. The Wi-Fi was also relatively quick and was efficient during my stay. Most importantly, the king size bed was comfortable while I was able to sleep peacefully during my stay. The exterior though is just average as the hallways looked like something out of the mid-1980's. This is also the case with the indoor pool/jacuzzi area (which were closed due to the pandemic) and the overall appearance. Keep in mind that this hotel is single-level which can be a deal-breaker for people that are handicapped. Overall, the "Comfort Inn" in Fallon, NV was an enjoyable stay especially when this is a very quiet city with few attractions. The women at the counter were helpful while my stay served its purpose. My rating, an above average four-stars.

I headed back to the counter but was greeted by a manager on her break who was so kind to interrupt her break to help me out. Her help is very appreciated. She got another key and was able to move me to another room.
