("Due to rising fuel prices.") We decided to call around and Rhoads sent a team of two people out to look over our tanks and go over what things we use propane for. After talking to the team, they presented us with a contract that didn't require a sign-up fee each year and a gas price of almost half the one the former company wanted us to pay. Instead, the installers were here all day and still had issues with the brand new unit, leaving me without AC on a very hot day. It made being in the house very uncomfortable. Although the installers were nice, that was the only good part of this experience. The company offered to pay for a hotel, but because of other responsibilities, it was not a practical solution. What made matters worse was the lack of communication afterward. I was told technicians would arrive at 10:00 a.m. the next day to troubleshoot the problem, and I made sure to be home. By 10:45 a.m., I still had not heard from anyone. No call, no update, nothing, until I reached out to them. The new technicians finally arrived at 11:45 a.m. For the amount of money a new HVAC system costs, this level of inconvenience and poor communication is unacceptable. Nice technicians do not make up for a brand new system not working and the lack of respect for a customer's time.

Completed all the work in time estimated and did a walk thru with me showing me everything done. Also explained current warranty on various work. He was very respectful of my concern for the owner's cats who are still in the house. In addition, he was a very good supervisor, explaining tasks to trainee to do and showing him minor correction and letting him redo.
