Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room. They are very trustworthy and considerate of our home. The price was very reasonable and the estimate reflected the final costs of the entire repair.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, and could not resolve this issue on our own (using a manual snake,…read moreetc.); so we took a chance and called this plumber for the first time. Carlos and his team were professional, knowledgeable and relentless when dealing with this stubborn clog; which turned out to be 25 years of garbage build up. When the clog did not break-up with their electric snake; Carlos had no other option than to cut our PVC pipe, in order to remove all of this build-up. The clog was getting hung up in one of the elbow turns; so he replaced it with a T, so that if this ever happens again (hope not), the removal of anything should be a lot easier than what he originally experienced. And lastly, Carlos went out of his way in order to keep the price down for us; which we truly appreciated. We would highly recommend Carlos and his team to anyone; since they are now our "guys" if we ever need any of their services in the future.

I immediately knew this estimate was way too high because a worker from the gas company had already told me that all mechanical parts were working OK in my home, and that the radiator system just needed to be drained and re-filled because there were air pockets in the system. So I got another estimate from a different company, and the job was done perfectly for just $400.... with excellent results. I am so glad I did not have Quinn do the work! The estimate that Quinn gave me was an insult.

The first they found that Lowe's did not install the dryer correctly and all the lint was going into my ceiling tiles. They fixed it AND cleaned out my drop ceiling. Not to mention there was also so much snow outside at the time and they helped cleared it to get access. The workers definitely go ABOVE AND BEYOND and that's not service you get just anywhere.

We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. The team that was hear did a very thorough job, they were very respectful, and clean. I would highly recommend them and will use again when needed!

I prefer mom and pop shops to chain stores. Sometimes it's a bit busy in there, but you do get very personalized attention. I took 2 lamps to be repaired there and they charged me only $20 apiece. I also took a chandelier to have some work done and get cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job at a very fair price. It was far less than I expected. I needed a light for a powder room and was trying to decide on a couple. They took down the display models, wired them so I could plug them into an outlet, and let me take them home to check them out in my bathroom. They didn't charge me anything to do so! It's a good thing I did take them home, because the one I thought I preferred would nit work out there. So it was good I had the back up. That one also happened to be on sale, and I got a much better price than I expected. I bought a ceiling fan as well. Upon installing it, the motor wasn't working properly. The store ordered another to replace it. Again, they were very helpful and offered to replace it immediately.
