Darrell the technicians first question was: "Do you have an LED bulb in the garage opener"? Seems LED bulbs can interfere with the signal on the opener. We replaced the bulb, however because the key pad is over 25 years old , I decided to replace it. I also asked for an inspection of the entire garage door system, the very noisy wheels needed replaceing. Thought it best to be proactive, since a broken garage door can be a real pain. I was very pleased with the quick response, the cost of the service and most of all the very professional and friendly service of Darrell.
