As I have very limited time off I show up early and they tell me after a week between making the appointment and walking in the front door that they do not have the right color piece and if I want done today I have to go with whatever they have. Obviously the manager of the store was not made aware of my situation until after I showed up and honestly I thought she was very kind and made sure to call me after multiple times to let me know what we could do and how to solve this issue. For the store itself I say they crushed it and did the best they could with what they had so that's a great value in my book.
