It was great having such a responsive team standing by to take care of a few tiny minor glitches that were done quickly and perfectly. For the home, having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 teens), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space, and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and the gorgeous walk-in closet made me want one at home. We fell in love with this part of town, strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great 2 weeks and we're eager to return to West Hollywood.

Every time I woke up they were talking or shouting. I called the desk who said security would check but nothing changed. I was told the next day they were checking out but they then booked another night so I moved to a quieter room on the 4th floor. Again all the time front desk people were nice about it. I had eight nights there are location is amazing especially for the pride events right in front of the hotel. It's very affordable as I mentioned and these days rooms much cleaner than past years.

There was ZERO information posted that they would charge for in the US calls. They could've cared less when ask about it and then refused to compromise on the charges. Nobody there should be in hospitality. The stay was extremely disappointing to say the least.

My car was totaled, my apartment became uninhabitable, and my little emotional support animal, Rumi, and I suddenly found ourselves living in a hotel. I came here hoping for a safe place to stay. What I've found is so much more. Jesse and the entire front desk team set the tone from day one. Every interaction has been met with warmth, patience, and genuine kindness. They never treated me like a room number. They treated me like a person whose world had just been turned upside down. Olga is an angel. She didn't just clean my room. She hung up my clothes, vacuumed, made everything feel peaceful again, and gave me one of the warmest hugs I've had in a very long time. It may have been a simple act to her, but it meant everything to me. She reminded me what compassion looks like. Logan has been so kind in every way and he completely stole Rumi's heart. Every time he sees her, he surprises her with treats and makes her feel like the most important little guest at the hotel. Watching someone love my dog so effortlessly has brought so much joy during an incredibly difficult time. Robert at concierge has been lovely. The property is tucked away but still within walking distance of a few shops, which made it feel private yet convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the pool area is large and relaxing--perfect for unwinding after a day out. We also really enjoyed the small bar and the musician photo gallery, which gave the hotel such a cool, creative vibe. The brunch menu was a little fancy for me, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate and make something simple. I'm a pancake-and-bacon kind of gal, so I was very thankful they made it happen! We didn't get a chance to visit the spa this trip, but it's definitely on the list for next time. The villas looked adorable as well, and I would love to stay in one on a future visit. We were nervous about finding a place we loved in LA since we usually stay in the Irvine/Newport Beach area, but this hotel is now our favorite spot in Los Angeles. Highly recommend!
