Now, I hardly ever order quesadillas but I love birria so I decided to give it a shot. The consume was very tasty and the meat within the quesadilla was flavorful, juicy and tender. Some aspects of my visit were great however, for a small place like Evanston, WY, I will give it a slight pass. The sweet tea and water situation was horrible. I know somewhere like Wyoming may not have the greatest sweet tea, I know I was far removed from the South. However, I believe it was a combo of the water, tea/water ratio and whatever was used as a sweetener. The salsa was very fresh but some of the chunks of veggies were a little too big for salsa in my opinion.

They quickly adjusted seating to fit our large party comfortably, which isn't easy. We really appreciated that. Unfortunately, the food experience was mixed and had some consistent issues that affected most people: * Several meals arrived lukewarm or cold, including a child's Mac-n-Cheese that was straight from the Kraft box and cold. Most of the table reported similar temperature problems. * Our nacho platter with pulled pork was a decent size with good toppings, but the cheese on top wasn't warm at all. The pulled pork was a bit light on portion and average in flavor (though the cheese underneath it was actually warm). * The side salad had some brown lettuce pieces that should have been removed. * The Firecracker Burger was good, but the fries tasted like fish -- likely from being fried in the same oil as the fish & chips. * The chicken panini was lukewarm and felt overpriced for the quality. Most menu items start at $17+, and the value doesn't seem to match the price point. On the positive side, both pizzas (pepperoni and cheese) were a hit with the younger kids -- they really enjoyed them. Edit - the kids said "the pizza dough wasn't really cooked but it was fine" We know running a restaurant is tough, especially with big groups, and the friendly service stood out. With some focus on food temperature, portion consistency, fryer separation, and price-to-value on certain items, Suds could be a much stronger spot. Needing a place that could accommodate our two dogs & allow us to rent month to month, we stumbled upon Serenity House in Robertson, WY. What a blessing it was to find Becky & Tom!! The setting is absolutely serene &beautiful! Tom & Becky are fantastic hosts. Communication is excellent! The dogs have so much freedom & fun here! The property is safe & secure. There's a llama & burro that are fun to feed & watch. There's plenty of wildlife to observe & enjoy. The house is very comfortable, warm & cozy! We love it so much we almost don't care if our house gets completed! Serenity House feels like home with the most amazing friendly neighbors!

This golf course is a blast. Lots of elevation changes. You tee off to fairways 150-200 feet below…read moreyou and on some have second shots straight uphill. About every type of shot is covered--long and short par threes and fours, forced carries on a few, greens are lightning fast and it's amazing how the fairways are kept so lush and green, seeing how it's in the desert. At almost 7000 feet, your ball carries and rolls forever. Can be windy in the afternoon, so morning tee times are best. Purple Sage is a destination course with hotels nearby or just stop and play it if you have some extra time traveling on I-80. Green fees are ridiculously cheap...wish this course wasn't 800 miles from me. :)

This place was a pleasant surprise for us. We live in Utah and have been to Evanston too many…read moretimes to count. We have never brought our RV along, and we found this park online and wanted to give it a try while visiting for the Wyoming Downs. They had online booking through Rover Pass, which made it easy to select your site type and dates of your stay. They offer the Good Sam discount on their nightly rate, also. Upon arriving, we just caught the park manager leaving the park. She turned around and came inside the office to check us in. We got a good site for our motorhome where we were parked on gravel with a nice area of grass to our passenger side for our pup to explore. Several of the sites on the east end are parking on grass, which we usually prefer not to do due to the weigh of our rig. Also, they warn you to check out and leave by 10:00 am if you are parked on grass because the sprinklers come on automatically and will soak down your RV and/or tent. Other gravel sites are full gravel with no grass available. There are also many trees along the roads, but they were not hanging too low to compromise our motorhome. The amenities available are a laundry room, men/women restrooms with showers, a playground for the kids, and some fun decor with antique farm items and a wishing well. They have a grassy area at the very back of the park for pets to utilize, and we walked back there one time to check it out during our stay. There are many longer term folks staying toward the back, and I noticed many of those sites are only 30 amp elec. I will definitely be back to stay again when I'm in the area.
