I was supposed to see the dentist this morning. Mistake #1 I trust directions to Siri. # 2 I trusted Siri and didn't check. Siri took me to a dentist office that had the same name as the one I used in Norfolk. SMILE CENTER. I got there and the NIGHTMARE BEGAN!! I went inside to check in BUT !! It was not the dentist office where I had the appointment!! By now I was pretty upset. I was going to be late for my real appointment AND I had no idea where I was. Mistake # 3 I was upset and not feeling well so I asked to use the restroom. I was told "WE DON'T HAVE ONE" not for you just for OUR PATIENTS!! I'm sure these 2 women are nothing more than $9 an hour workers, just there to answer the phone and take your money, so they have no medical knowledge, but apparently they have no human decency either!! Maybe they thought they would have to clean up after me or maybe they thought I was going to die and they would rather I did it out of sight in the parking lot and not in the office where they might have to get up and help but for whatever reason their reaction was to tell me " GET OUT NOW OR IM CALLING THE POLICE ". I left went across the street to the Walgreens where I used the restroom got a drink of water and left. NOTHING TO CLEAN UP!! I'm relaying this to warn people who might be thinking of using this dentist office. This is the kind of people you will be dealing with. If you're OK with that great if not look somewhere else. It doesn't matter how good the dentist is because he doesn't meet you at the door, they do.

I need dental work. I don't like being treated like my mouth is horrible- I already know. Dr. Levy came in, looked at my teeth in a nonchalant way and told me what needed to be done. His bedside manner is great. I didn't freak out because of the look on his face- I didn't need to! He told me that I do need some work done, but he did it in a way that made me feel normal. He's been in practice for 40+ years, so he knows what he's doing. His building and office are obviously older, but he's probably been there for many years. His staff is pretty nice, but when I've gone in, they're kind of a wreck. They've ultimately been helpful, which I think is the most important thing. They've dealt with my insurance so that I don't have to wade through all that. That's also important to me. They offer gas for $45. My old office charged $150. I'll take the $45, thank you. I have serious dental fear, but I know I can afford the gas, so I don't end up sobbing in the chair. He's also understanding about dental pain. I had to wait a week between seeing him and the specialist he recommended (Dr. Jones), and he made sure I had enough pain medicine to see me through until I saw the oral surgeon.

I was with my father, who has dementia, while he got a filling. Dr. Clagett was very gentle and spoke clearly to my father to help him understand what was happening and what he needed my father to do. He also did his best to minimize my father's physical discomfort and kept him in the chair only as long as was necessary. My mother has said previously she likes going to them, and now I see why.

Ever since the switch over from Dr. Levy things shifted. Call and text me 18 times before to confirm but wake me up on my day off at 7am to cancel my appointment because the hygienist got sick. Ok people get sick but if I would've got sick and tried to cancel the morning of I'm charged a fee. They cancel but I was having pain as well on one side so wanted to still come in. They tell me I can come in at 8 am so they woke me up and now I got to jump up and get dressed and run there if I want to be seen. Fine, while there I reschedule my cleaning and I'm off on fridays so that's best. Made appointments got call next day to from hygienist to schedule it earlier we go threw dates and times and I let her know what I do and cant leave work till 530 but she apparently doesn't work on Fridays i assume from the conversation we had. So against my better judgment I say fine let's do Thursday at 330. I had to clear this with my leadership to dismiss my class 2 hrs early and try to make it there. I'm coming from Columbia area so traffic I call tell them this and tell them I'm on the way. I arrived late of course around 340 or so and get told after all that unfortunately it's too late to be seen. I just short changed my students one day, lost some money off my check cause I left early just to be told unfortunately I can't be seen. I never wanted that day she acted as if Friday just wasn't an option. Front desk asked me if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you. I wish I didn't cause I really liked Dr Levy but it seems like I need to start looking into finding a new dentists preferably one that operates on a Friday cause Brooklyn Park dental definitely does not.

From the appointment making process, to them reaching out on a Saturday to reschedule due to an emergency. I could tell this place was professional from top to bottom. I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I wish this was place I had taken my daughter to, but shoulda , coulda, woulda :( I can't say enough great things about this place ! Professionalism goes such a long way.
