Went here today to rent a vehicle. Booked online and was told they had a vehicle available (usually…read morewhen they don't they will say so online). Drove 35 minutes to this location, waited nearly 30 minutes for help, then was told he had no vehicles, everything was rented. We expressed our concerns and told him that the site didn't say that, and explained how far we drove, and then asked if he would locate a car for us at another location but the guy behind the counter then stated "no. I'm not going to be threatened, you need to leave". We never threatened him, nor would we - we have done business at this location for over 30 years. We went to our vehicle, called corporate who asked us to get his name. When I asked for his name he goes "I'm with a customer, can't you guys just leave". I asked if I could have his name again and he jumped to his defense and said "no, I'm not giving it to you. If you don't leave I'm calling the police". Now, since we need a vehicle we are stuck driving 1 hour both ways to get it. We also noticed the place was filthy, does not look like it has been cleaned in a long time. Someone with us used the restroom and the toilet wasn't even attached to the floor, their foot got caught underneath it. Im not sure why his name is a such a secret, but the man "running" the place on 11/2/2024 at approximately 11:30am/12pm does not need to work in customer service. That was completely uncalled for, and has made me never want to rent from Enterprise again. I would consider other rental options before settling and renting from this store.

I recently rented a Kubota tractor, loader, and bush hog mower here and it really could have gone…read moremuch smoother. The bush hog was inoperable yet the rest of the equipment seemed well maintained. Delivery was a mess and I actually used the equipment half as much time as originally reserved. The owner picked it up and said he would adjust the charges accordingly. He sort-of made an effort at this. I'm not sure this was worth the hassle.

I called the number that they have listed if you have any problems, please call, 3 times and left messages each time. They never returned my call. My truck was just as dirty coming out as going in. Find another place, any othe place to wash your car at. I recommend the one in the Walmart plaza. They have never caused me any issues in payment or dirty car issues. They wash your your car.
