Charlie said "...can you bring it in tomorrow afternoon for me to check out? And if the part is available, it should be done in about 4 hours." Voila, like a message from heaven. I had ordered the part on Amazon and Charlie had the complete remove, repair, test, install done in 1 day! And, he took care of all the warranty paperwork.
