Never again! Friday came in for an appt and was told they could not honor it because of double bookings, despite calling an hour before to confirm. I was rescheduled for Saturday and came in discussing what happened the day before with the stylist Breanna, because she didn't speak to me the day before. She shared many excuses but no apology, and I brushed it off because I just needed to get my daughter's hair done for school. I said as much and also stated, "It's a new day; let's just move on" My daughter has her hair detangled, washed, and conditioned and is then put under the dryer. At this point, we have been at the salon TWO HOURS. I never complained and just arranged for my oldest daughter to meet me so she could take my youngest daughter home if need be (I had plans). Well, somewhere along the line, I guess because I was quiet and didn't really talk to Breanna, she decided she didn't want to finish her hair and said that she would be stopping the services. I said "But, wait she is supposed to be getting a silk press" & she rudely says "I know. I won't be doing it." You can only imagine my frustration as I stand there with my daughter--hair wet and plastic bag on her head. It took everything in me--and just reminding myself that my daughter was with me and I didn't have time to go to jail today--not to react out of the anger I felt at that moment. I left the store, and decided to call the manager Joanna later after I calmed down. All Joanna did was attempt to gaslight me into thinking I did something wrong when I know I did not. I believe I was refused service because I wasn't overly nice and management had already discounted the silk press service, so she didn't want to do it anyway. All they did was waste hours of my time and several gallons of gas. Would never return and I do plan on going to corporate as well as social media. I am shocked and appalled at not only how I was treated but the excuses cited to justify the actions such as "well you threw the clips on the ground" (after I was told services were being halted) or "well you were asking for discounts"--Whatttt?! How is this disrespectful? Laughable. I only asked about a discount because I wasn't made aware that the straightening services were already discounted and was told I would be charged extra for detangling. They have made up many false narratives to avoid being fair on pricing after my wasted time. I have no respect for Breanna or Joanna after how this was handled. I could have stayed home or made other arrangements if she just said she didn't want to provide services after all that happened yesterday. But they have poor communication skills, no morals, lack of respect, and are unprofessional and obviously petty and passive aggressive. Mind you they did all this to a FIVE YEAR OLD GIRL who was having her VERY FIRST hair salon experience. She was so excited, and this has been a great disappointment for her as well as me. Kids are innocent!

So Covid has been here 2 plus years and I needed a hair cut, not any hair cut but a reasonably priced curly cut. I went online and booked with Ulta. Emily did the work. She walked me through every step and we discussed all things curly hair. The salon was quite empty and separated from the goings on in the store. I wasn't pressured to buy a million different products. I will be back :)

Since I was close by, I came here to pick up a highlighter and their birthday gift. They have the standard COVID procedures, social distancing markers and wearing a mask. Unfortunately due to COVID they didn't have any birthday gifts in stock. They had a sale going on from (30% and up) on select items. I got a tea-infused aromatherapy eye gels and the colourpop highlighter in Acting Up, the shade is subtly pigmented and goes on smooth. Colourpop is a cruelty free brand and they are conscious about the ingredients they put in their makeup which I appreciate.

Love this location! Avoid Grand Prairie's 161 location if you're looking to be helped. A guy and an older lady COMPLETELY dusted me off while I was looking for help. However, at this Location Kaylin didn't hesitate to help color match me with Fenty Beauty's 330 Pro Filt'r foundation. She dropped everything she was doing and was happy to help. I sometimes get overwhelmed in stores like these. Especially if I'm trying out new products and don't know where to start. Thank you Kaylin!

Botox results were awful Over charged hard sold overagressive sales tactics ,tricky and I don't…read morebelieve they injected the number of units I was charged for and or it was diluted so much that it was an effective It was truly a bad experience, a rip off, and they are very deceptive sales practices. I can see why they have lawsuits against them. Beware of all of the forms they have you assigned it may be because of how they practice. Follow up; In response to your follow up, I wasn't offered to come in. I was offered for pictures to be sent however because I felt like the rep wasn't understanding or was adamant about the results should've been that way I didn't pursue her sending more pictures and I also feel like if I would've come back in even though I wasn't offered, I would've have been given information to disqualify my concerns about the misplacement and to be hard sold again - to that point I am attaching pictures of my markup and two weeks after she did the Botox at lazer away Arlington and the last picture is the day after I had it redone by a doctor Clearly the pictures will show that it was misplaced when I got it there and the results were awful The last picture will show the results of when a doctor redid it and these are the results the very next day.
