The stylist who cut my hair did a good job, but the blowout was terrible. Frizzy, curly in the root. I told her I wasn't happy and even suggested her what type of brush to use for the sides and other tips. She said she was going to fix it with a flat iron. Any hairstylist should be able to smooth your hair using a blow dryer and a round brush unless you have frizzy, kinky or damaged hair. In my 50 years, I have never asked another stylist to fix someone else's work so this was a first for me. The next stylist did a good job but I feel I left the salon with a fried head. Please note that my hair is thin, not corse or curly. This could have been avoided. I am not disclosing their names and I might not go back. Just not the great experience others have raved about.

I shared what I wanted and she did exactly that. She was personable during my visit and has a calm manner about her.
