I even received a text confirming the appointment, but when I arrived I was told I didn't actually have one because it hadn't been entered into the "correct" system. Today was even more confusing. I went for my next appointment and ended up being bounced between their old location and their new one with no guidance whatsoever. I thought the sign at the old location says the new location will open on March 19, which led me to believe they were still operating out of the old space. However, when I arrived the doors were locked. Apparently the new location was open as of January 19, but there was no clear communication or signage explaining where to go or what was actually happening when I went to the new location either. This was especially frustrating because I made my appointment around or shortly after the time they had moved and no one thought to tell me that I would need to go to a new location. (Maybe I'm expecting too much to be proactively informed that the office has moved after I've been going to the same office for eight years or so.) It's frustrating because this used to be a reliable place, but right now the lack of organization and communication makes it very difficult just to figure out where you're supposed to be.

I met a woman who had permanent lipstick and eyeliner and the look was soft and natural. She referred me to Barbara at Permanent Cosmetic Artistry and it was a great find! I had permanent lip color done and I look fresh and natural. I chose a nice pink color to match my skin. I can still wear lipstick over it to change the shade of lipstick if I want a change. I trusted Barbara and found her to be safe, professional and the setting was as clean as an Operating Room. It helped that I had seen her product on another woman who was fair skinned. Pricing is slightly higher than some of the nail places and hair salons that I researched but the safety and talent are worth it when it comes to something I look at everyday. I love getting up and seeing color in my lips versus looking pale. Best thing I have done for myself and it makes getting ready fast and easy. Update 7/10.
