SARAH & GINA were so friendly and anxious to help fix me. They patiently explained my myriad of color issues 1-by-1, combined their expertise to select the absolute perfect products (strong enough to do the job, but gentle enough to spare my overly-punished hair), and gave me precision step by steps for each product, including important tweaks & caveats just for my situation (i.e. the "order of go" and to not attempt it all in one day, as I'd planned). Thanks to these incredibly knowledgeable and willing women at Boston Beauty Supply, I HAVE MY SILVER HAIR BACK! I want to thank Gina and Sarah for going above and beyond for me and taking the time to help a desperate girl out.
