I was hesitant as I had never gotten extensions before and everyone told me they wouldn't help but Kelley reassured me she could fix the bangs. She also adjusted the price since I was mostly getting extensions in the front instead of my whole head, making it more manageable. Kelley placed the extensions right under the bangs which helped them blend and made them nearly invisible when brushed and styled. The extra hair allowed me to finally put the bangs behind my ears since they were about eye length. These extensions lasted me from September to December and I even dyed and cut them twice (at a hairdresser this time, don't worry). If you are on the fence about extentions or want your bangs gone like me I highly recommend Kelley. She is an extremely wise person that you can trust with your hair and money! Kelley is professional, patient, and kind. I always look forward to her services and our great conversations.

First of all, Kelley is a fantastic, beautiful, down to earth woman and I am so #blessed that getting my lashes done has sparked a friendship and someone I can confide in! Second, the quality of her work is outstanding. Everyone ALWAYS compliments me on my lashes. She does a wonderful job switching up the style to see what you like most and what works best with your face structure. Also, I haven't gotten my lashes filled since May 16... it's July 1 and I'm STILL getting compliments on them.. they just look super natural and whisky and have not damaged my real lashes. May 16 I also got Tape In extensions (first time, only used clip ins before) and I will never go back to anything else. She is quick and her work is perfect! They still look great, but I'm thinking of getting keralink next. The eyebrow tint and threading I received were ok (not the best), but I was very disappointed by the customer service here. I arrived on time for my appointment, and there was a client midway through a service. I had to wait 15 minutes, which isn't a huge deal, but there wasn't any acknowledgement of my appointment time or even a "welcome in". When I was told to sit down, Rekha proceeded to take a lot of photos of my face, and though there is a sign on the wall stating that these pictures are for educational purposes, I felt much more like a marketing tool than a valued client. I immediately noticed her using the same, unwashed brush on my face that she had used on her previous client. She talked herself up a lot and made some insensitive comments about how next time I could be "brave" and have my upper lip done. She also interrupted my service about halfway through to take care of a quick walk-in, which, again, wouldn't be a huge deal if she had been more polite about it. The end of the service felt rushed to me, which was probably because there was a long line of people waiting. Rekha had apparently booked two clients for the same appointment slot and also told a few others who had called that she had time for walk-ins. I know that mistakes happen, but she really didn't seem to care much, and it was very chaotic. I had also scheduled an eyelash tinting with her, which she forgot about and said she didn't have time for. At that point, though, I was happy to get out of there. TL;DR: Ok, not great threading and eyebrow tint, terrible customer service and subpar cleanliness.

Someone was wiping down chairs after every customer, and we were all seated far enough apart. Also, every eyebrow threading place I've been to wears masks anyway, so it felt so "normal," which I think we can all agree is a comfort. They charge additional if you pay with a credit card and offer a rewards stamp card.
