Received a gift card to Ulta , I usually shop Online but I thought I've never gone into the store. Went into the store and got greeted , I was looking around everywhere surprised I hadn't been in the store until now. I go into the hair product section looking for curly hair products . A employee asks if I need help I kindly decline. I immediately felt uncomfortable because her offering of help didn't seem genuine it was stand off ish like she perhaps thought I was stealing . I'm writing this review for my mom as she does not have a Yelp account. My mom had a consultation with Yvonne to confirm she was able to achieve the color and technique of the 1st picture. Yvonne confirmed she could achieve it. My mom had her appointment with her yesterday, 12/10/19 and the result is something completely different which is shown in the photos. The color is copper/red tone. Completely different than the ashy blond requested. My mom already had her hair bleached blond (yellow tone) in a balayage style before this appointment so how this color came to be is truly mind boggling. From what I can see there is no real style/technique to the color and the hair cut is also not to par. If Yvonne wasn't able to achieve the look requested she should have been upfront about it but instead she was not. My mom was still charged, of course less than what was originally quoted but still over $100, but now she has to spend more money to correct this color. read more

The staff seems to be overly cocky except management so that is something that definitely needs to get addressed. God for bid you do a drive up curbside order because you have to park directly in front of the store and if you can't find any parking in the first four spots you're out of luck and you're having to call back in again and again until you can get a parking in the front! So word of advice you're better off getting down to pick up your order. They also tell you you cant park right directly in front of the store meaning RED zone for at least two seconds while they run out and give you your order because they're not allowed but then again if there's no parking in the first four you're still screwed - RIDICULOUS read more

Great place with many brands when it come to beauty. All in one spot for everything you need. Salon, drugstore brands, department stores brands, and some locations does full makeup appointments and brows. And the sad part is it was an older black lady and a younger black teen girl who treated me like I was garbage I just got off work I came to buy a cologne that cost over $100 for myself as a present for myself, and they treated me like I was a thief. They allow me to buy products and have no problem taking the money but now half the order is out of stock and now I'm left with items I could of bought somewhere else. And if I don't pick up the order, it'll take "5 business days" to go back to my account. Why would the site allow people to add to their cart and proceed with transaction if their inventory is out of wack....... Sadly this is my 1st 1 star review I wouldn't recommend this location due to poor customer service.The moment I went inside the store the employees kept following me around and giving me suspicious looks, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I have been going to this Ulta location for quite some time & have really debated on putting a review regarding this store, but it's apparent someone needs to. Every time I go, there's a lady named Andrea & she is just a flat-out bully & extremely unprofessional. There has never been one time I have been to this location & her not be bullying a customer by following them even when you can tell that the customer doesn't want to be bothered or harassing another employee. She has said abusive things to her fellow employees in front of customers & will stand with a demeanor staring at them like she is a jail warden. I have heard a few customers call her the B word because of how she acts & say they won't be coming to this store again due to her attitude. One thing she lacks is personal space with people making them uncomfortable. She makes it extremely uncomfortable to shop at this location & lacks customer service, especially with her mouth. Her attitude sucks!!! If someone has an issue with her & confronts her, she flips her head around & smacks her gum while mumbling things under her breath & even cussing if kids are around. It's as though she has no self-control of her emotions. She also talks absolutely horrible about other customers shopping with other employees, making fun of people. I am appalled that she even has a job here, honestly & her bullying others needs to stop. I have witnessed other employees in tears by how she treats them. Had a scheduled follow up visit with Krystal to have my hair done this weekend and instead of a reminder call I received a call from a salon employee named Tamara who told me she would be taking over for Krystal (for reasons to vile to include) and would honor a larger discount if I agreed to see her and not Krystal. First off, I followed Krystal from her previous salon and have been a client of hers for many years, second, what type of person or establishment bashes another team member to a client and tries to buy them with discounts. I remember who this woman is from my first visit and she was rude, talked down to the staff in the salon, and quite frankly made it uncomfortable for everyone in the area.
