But twice I have been double charged (first time was a $26 item and this last time $46 item) luckily this last time I caught the error walking it soo I was able to get corrected, but last time I didn't realize till I was home and took it as a loss. I was so excited to buy the ABH Modern Renaissance pallet today b/c it was on sale for $29. Saw the promotion on the Ulta app. Walked in an asked an associate to confirm if it was on sale. The associate went to "check" it for me at the register and said it wasn't on sale yet, b/c it was part of the cyber Monday deal. But prior to that she was talking about about how she couldn't wait to go shopping too. Maybe she wanted to hold the pallet for herself.. Good thing my sister in law encouraged me to go to the cashiers and ask myself. We were standing in line for like 5 min before they "realized" we were standing there. I got out my phone and asked them if it was on sale, they said it was but the sign wasn't out yet. But they said it in a bitchy way that I didn't like. I work in retail so I'm very aware of how customer service should be when I'm out and about. I'm rarely in this area, just visiting for the holidays. This new shopping center is literally 5 min from my in laws. I'd rather go to the Redlands or the Ontario Mills one. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

There were 3 girls standing around talking about there lives. I literally walked by them 2 times thinking they would ask me if I need help and nothing. So I just left. Long lines with only two cashiers open. After waiting 30 minutes I went to the front and asked a manager if she can open another register, and she's says "only 2" I told her if she had seen how long the lines were? I noticed a lady was returning a lot of makeup from a box she had... who knows how long that would've taken. But then I seen so many employees walking the floor! why not provide that customer service satisfaction by pulling a backup cashier to help bring the lines down? Last year I went to Krystal (aka London) to get my hair done by her at a different salon. I should've just gone to her from the beginning because she is absolutely amazing. I reached out to Krystal to see if she could help me with a color correction and get me the balayage I was looking for. She was able to schedule me for an appointment so quickly and easily and it didn't break the bank. I showed her exactly what I wanted and she delivered. Krystal told me exactly what she was going to do to my hair to get the balayage and the color correction for my hair. I was amazed by the outcome because I'm not one to do my hair often. I was hoping to receive great help finding a concealer and foundation. As I entered the store a group of girls are standing at talking amongst each other. No one greeted us as we walked in. I spent 10 minutes looking for someone to help me match the concealer and foundation. One of the girls was just standing looking at me like if I was stealing. Store was super dirty. Makeup on the floor. Tissue to remove makeup out of stock. Workers not helpful at all. I will not consider referring any of my friends to this store. read more

I LOVE ulta and always shop at this ulta. But today I went in and the cashier by the name Jessica was so RUDE and made me feel so uncomfortable. I called and spoke to Devin the manager and let her know how Jessica made me feel so uncomfortable and how unprofessional she was with me. She apologize for Jessica's customer service and said she would work with the other managers to train the employees better. As a manager myself customer service is key in is very important if the guest feels welcome and comfortable they go back to your store and spend more money which helps your store's business. I will drive the extra couple miles down the fwy and go to Victoria gardens or Ontario Mills were the customer service is better! I came here twice. First time on Monday and today, Sunday. This place doesn't feel welcoming and there was no one to help match me and everything was out of stock. The cashier who assisted my sister on Friday night was friendly and the one who assisted me was ok. Then today the cashier who assisted me was not friendly and didn't know what she was doing. The guy at MAC wasn't friendly and got sarcastic when the wheel of my stroller barley tapped his shoe. Had the most awful experience at this ulta location. We went 6/17 Sunday at 730pm. We were shopping for shampoos and makeup. I was able to find the makeup I wanted right away. We headed towards the shampoos, and one of their employees came up to us right away. Mind you, I'm shopping with my husband, and our two children, one who was in a stroller. I wish I would've got the employees name she was a shorter girl with dark hair. She asked if we were looking for something and I had mentioned a brand of shampoo and she was like oh we don't sell that here and looked through the aisles and was like yeah we don't have it. Then I got to the aisle to the right of me and there it is. We then noticed the male security guard walking circles around us and going near every aisle we were visiting. We were in there for about an hour. And he followed us the entire time. I made several eye contacts with him. And he made it very apparent he was watching us. The same employee came up to us again and asked if we needed help again, my husband asked for a certain brand and she goes we don't carry that and when she walks a little further down the aisle she goes oh here it is. I don't know if she didn't know her products and where they were or if she was knew or if she was just too focused on us. We did have a stroller with us, and my toddler had a back pack on I don't know if that was suspicious or what but they followed us the entire time. It was a very unpleasant experience. Every time I go in the workers don't acknowledge me and if I ask a question they act like I'm bothering them. I went in today to get a couple things and when I went to the register to pay the cashier told me she could help me so I walked up to her and she waved her hand at me and said all the way down at the end, never once did she look up at me. I just got back from here and it was the worst experience I've ever had in an Ulta. I'm a Southeast Asian woman and I went in after I was finished at the gym next door. The moment I walked in, the lady in the front made security follow me. The security guy wasn't being discreet about it either, he was literally following me when I looked back and we made eye contact numerous times. They even had an employee follow me as I was going to the CHECK OUT line, I only wanted to get a dry shampo... The cashier was dismissive. When I went out, the same lady and the security guy stood at the exit and told me to have a good day - as if they weren't thinking I was a criminal. As someone who works in a law firm, I was deeply angered by this blatant discrimination. I will be calling Ulta corporate. read more

Today I went in trying to figure out the right moisturizer for my face and an employee there soon came to the rescue she was really nice and explained the difference between a moisturizer and a serum I ended up getting the drunk elephant brand moisturizer and serum and on my first use I was able to notice the difference in my faceI was really happy. I don't usually make complaints but today I had too. I went to Ulta at 1215 W Renaissance Pkwy Ste 650 Rialto, CA 92376 and was waiting to pay and two supervisors where just chatting up a storm. I was the only one in line and I was waiting for them to greet me and tell me what register I would be at. I was tired of waiting so I go to a register near them and they continue to chat and not acknowledge me. I purposely waited to see if they would say something. I got tired of waitung until I said "I'm ready. "They didn't say anything -just rang me up and no apology. The supervisor name was Edgar and he was talking to another supervisor who was African - American. This was on 1/24/19 at around 1:00pm. I'm annoyed because I'm a frequent customer and a platinum member and to experience this very poor customer service from a manager is more annoying. I will not be shopping here again. I hope this store gets better training on customer service. read more

The Rialto store itself is fine it the customer service and website that sucks. I paid my bill in full knowing I didn't owe and then I get a bill for $2. If I didn't open it they would have charged me a late fee of about $30 for $2. I tried calling customer service, texting, tweeting, fb etc, no help. I'm seriously thinking about closing my acct. I'm very unhappy with customer service, I can't get a question answered but you can take a payment. I might be closing my acct and shopping somewhere else read more

I am so excited to have an Ulta in Rialto! The store is bright and airy and clean and pretty well stocked. I just have to say that at 51 years of age, I am put off by the cashiers referring to me as Hun, Honey, and Mama. It is, for some, endearing but for me, it is insulting. What happened to ma'am, and/or sir when being addressed by total strangers? So Ulta Rialto, let's go back to being a bit more professional and less hip and irritating. read more

Never coming to this Ulta again. My boyfriend and I went to this location on 11/12 about 30 mins before closing. The employees kept staring at me as I was browsing through the store like if I was about to steal something. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. When I got to the register, the guy with the colored hair refused to ring me up because I didn't place one of my items graciously onto the counter. I apologized right away because I didn't mean to do that at all. He called someone else to the register to complete my purchase and took the next customer. As we were waiting, we decided to just leave the items and walk away. I understand that theft is a serious issue and employees have to be cautious , but there was absolutely no reason for them to make us feel so uncomfortable and tense. They have a huge selection of over the counter make up like Revlon they have your wet and wild andso much more they also have "Clinique" they have an amazing amount of hair salon products shampoos colors they have a huge variety of hairstyle curlers and strainers and blowdryers they have perfume they have pretty much everything you need I'm so glad I stopped in here and they also have a Hair Salon inside the store can you believe that! I like the store like it's way better than Sephora it's cleaner as well more sanitizin I like this store a lot it's way better than Sephora it's cleaner as well. So far it to me is a little dirty and I feel like I'll catch something just trying out a tester I'm so proud of this store maintaining its cleanliness and merchandising staff was friendly and like to thank the lead cashier Liz she was very kind sweet professional answered all my questions and very knowledgeable. And I love how she kept her hair and make up clean and nice when I walk into a make up store and the staff looks tore up then I will not ask them any questions. Had my hair done by Yvonne. I did a balayage with a lightened root. The end result was a honey color with the ends a little lighter due to my processed ends from past color dye. I loved the color and the cut was awesome as well, she did layers as I asked and made sure all was perfect and healthy looking.
