My mother received a standard manicure with no color, just two clear coats, and was charged $75. My grandmother received a gel manicure on her natural nails with no acrylics and was charged $90. The pedicure pricing seemed accurate. The express pedicure was $30, with an additional $15 charge for gel, which still feels excessive. Beyond the pricing, we felt rushed throughout the appointment, and the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was very little communication or customer service during the visit. Had I been there when my grandmother paid, I absolutely would have questioned the pricing, especially after looking up the pricing on their website. Given the lack of transparency and the unusually high charges, it genuinely felt like she was taken advantage of.
