The scents were strong, really strong, and co-mingled to the point of confusion. I noticed variability in the bottles of liquid hand soaps. Some were clear, others cloudy and some had rings of solids at the top, all within the same product. I asked about this, and the clerk said that some ingredients settle out and you just have to shake them up again. Hmmmm. That sounded like a formulation problem. But I wanted to try a bottle and found a scent that was not too overwhelming. But they didn't have it, so the clerk said she would make one up for me. It took only a few minutes and the soap went from clear to cloudy. She said it would clear up overnight, but it has been four days and it is still cloudy. I don't mind it being cloudy, but the scents are just overpowering. I'm sure other people might like the strong scents but if I'm looking for natural products, then I most likely want no or subtle scents. It's cool that they offer soap making parties where participants can make their own products. I like that the soaps are made fresh. But in general, the quality control is lacking and the scents are just too strong for me. Prices are high with a single soap coating over $9 and bath bombs at $8 each.

During my manicure they didn't at least 5 layers of gel color which I thought was a bit excessive but I didn't think much of it. During hers they did the same but after the gel was put on they did not file or shape her nails so they looked awkward and unfinished. They also didn't even clean under her nails. Less than a week after the manicures were done both of us have had the gel peel off our nails. Alls I can say is I am disappointed and won't be back.

After 45 mins one of the front desk said well you can reschedule as if that was going to solve the issue. They claim it's due to the unknown nature of appointments (biopsy's, etc). If that's the case they should allow for Flex Time during the day or appointments so other patients aren't waiting for a hour. Seems to be a trend based on previous reviews. I won't be returning to this practice.
