However, if we're just talking about the pharmacy and this includes going inside, Drive- through, and calling them, they would get a -10 star if it was possible, and I will explain. Drive thru is backed up to the road sometimes, and yes, that's understandable, but you're sitting in line for about an hour. I tried to go inside for my medication and the same thing. Long lines and the wait is extremely long. What really makes me upset is when you call them because they never apply your insurance to your meds (and they get mad at the window if you don't call ahead). 1-You're sent to a call center that asks a bunch of questions, then procedes to say, "I can't help you, I'll transfer you to the pharmacy", now your on hold for about 20 minutes. 2-When someone gets on the phone, they try to help and are mostly confused because they are in the middle of something else, and you are put on hold for another person. Normally, the pharmacist and they seem like there annoyed that they have to help, but do. Today was my breaking point, and this is the reason for the overlong waiting review... Since I received my new insurance card in January, I brought it in, and they said it was now in the system. I ordered my medication, and it showed it wasn't applied again. I was on the phone with 2 different people, and they told me again they didn't have my card and had to bring it in. I just had major surgery, so I told them I couldn't, and the girl gave a major attitude and put it in on the phone. I was in the middle of asking her when they would be ready, and she hung up on me. I have been changing my meds to cvs even though their drive-through is slow. They get meds ready fast, have no insurance problems, and always answer their phones within less than 3-5 minutes. Personally, I think they need more workers, so it runs right and more smoothly but I will not be getting my meds here after these refills are done. I need to say that the lady pharmacist that works the night shift is awesome. She's helpful and does your prescriptions perfect so if you want to come here go at midnight or later
