    After going to the dealer 2x in 2 years to have the deck replaced due to a bad design, we went to Ultimate and Kevin recommended an excellent deck which after about a year now still has no problems. You really took the time to make sure we got it just right. Thanks Kevin

    Re-installed front facing camera. 1st time it was put in where the camera was blocked on the whole left side of the vehicle.

    Spent 400 bucks on a nice front and rear facing camera. Had it installed for half that amout. After installation the front facing camera was blocked by the rear view mirror. I got it Re-installed and this is what I come out to.. it hanging by the wires. I wouldn't recommend moving forward. Tia

    Contacted Mark back in August to request he perform some re-running of speaker wires to my home…read moreentertainment setup (moving from one wall to another). Mark returned my call the next day, which was the *only* time he responded promptly. He said he would be in my area at the end the week, but that came and went without a call or text from Mark. I sent him text messages on Sept. 1 and Sept. 7, and finally got a response on Sept. 14, with Mark apologizing for not getting back to me. He indicated he could make something happen the following week, which I agreed to. On Sept. 21, I received a text from Mark indicating he needed to reschedule, as his young child was sick at home, and he needed to be there. Fair enough. On Sept. 27, I texted Mark again, seeking another time he could come out...CRICKETS! On Oct. 10, I texted him again, indicating that I would appreciate a response if he had any intention of working on my project...CRICKETS, to this day! Bottom line: I understand that "stuff" happens that adversely affects schedules, but no amount of "stuff" should prevent common courtesy from occurring - a simple return text or call indicating the problem, and this would have saved me the time of writing this poor review. The Audio Solution may be technically great, but I never got a chance to experience that - only extremely poor communication, or none at all. I can only assume that Mark didn't really want to do the job I need done, but instead of being up front with me, he produced excuses, or didn't communicate at all. POOR business model...CAVEAT EMPTOR: use The Audio Solution at your own risk, especially if you covet communication and follow through with the service you're using.

    I wanted to leave a review after seeing one that didn't quite reflect my experience at this…read morelocation. I worked with Brian, a newer representative, and he was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me with exactly what I needed. He took his time answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When he needed additional support, Junior stepped in right away, which only showed the strong teamwork at this store. I would much rather have representatives who take the time to ensure everything is done correctly than feel hurried through a transaction. As someone from the older generation, I truly appreciated the respect and patience shown by both Brian and Junior. It was an absolute pleasure being helped here, and I would gladly recommend this location.

We switched phone plans and decided to get a family plan with Verizon. My husband dropped off his family plan to join one with me and our daughter. And of course, we joined in on one with him. That said, the day we went to buy three phones, we ended up walking out with just two. The third phone couldn't get up and going. And we were there for a couple of hours! Lots of chaos. The short of it was, I had to call the 800 number to get the third phone going days later. We were told about a TV that comes with Wi-Fi and ended up taking the deal. There was no information given to us about the TV, turned out. The Wi-Fi was just as expensive as spectrum (which we already pay) so I ended up having to take the Wi-Fi back and do away with the "free TV." Allegedly the original Guy told my husband to call the 800 number on his own to get the Wi-Fi box returned. When I walked in today, Maurice was helping another customer and decided to stop everything to assist me and helped me cancel the WiFi and directed me on returning the box. The things that didn't operate properly to begin were honestly very small, tedious, and doable fixes. My husband and I ended up figuring all this out on her own in order to get his new iPhone up and going. Sometimes it kind of seems like people just work on commission, which is understandable! But to complicate someone's process is never fun for a customer. I just wanted to commend Maurice for his assistance and we will work with him anytime going forward! A big thank you for giving me the sigh of relief that this entire process is over and we finally have three iPhones up and going! Thanks Maurice!

He's also extremely skilled at car modifications and upgrades. His level of knowledge is amazing. We are very happy with the upgrades he made to our new car and we have been recommending him to everyone we meet. The only thing is due to his popularity you may need to schedule in advance. His reputation is far reaching and he has a lot of customers lined up all the time. Just call in advance to get on the schedule. We were able to get in within a couple of weeks of calling in.

I needed to have four speakers replaced and I upgraded from 5.25" speakers to 6.5" I also requested the stereo deck cover upgraded and multiple plugs be installed around the boat, last minute at drop off. Jesse and his team had to drill through fiber glass and three layers of ply wood. The job ended up taking four hours longer than anticipated and Jesse still honored to original guesstimated price, although no promises were made and he didn't have to do that. I wad absolutely blown away by the work done to my boat. The team went above and beyond by cleaning up old messed up wiring performed by a different local shop. Jesse has earned my business going forward with all audio needs. Thank you guys!
