My friends and I used this limo service for a trip to AC, and it was a terrific experience. The driver arrived early and waited downstairs of our apartment (on a relatively busy street), without complaining at all. He remained patient while we loaded the limo up with our intoxicated group of friends and irresponsible amounts of alcohol and food. Naturally, as this was a trip to AC, things got a bit aggressive while en-route. Not once did the driver complain about the noise or shaking. He was nothing but polite and didn't even give us trouble when we got back to the limo a bit later than expected at the end of the night (in fact he even brought us to WaWa!). Our party bus was brand new. It came fully equipped with a flat screen TV, fish tank, a bunch of champagne / wine / regular glasses, and a "dancing" pole (at least this is how I remember it). I have been on a couple of party buses before, but this one was by far the best and cleanest I've ever seen. We all had an awesome time, and I will definitely use Ultimate Class for all my future Limousine needs. read more

I would never recommend using this limo company. Recently I met the owner Matt who was extremely rude and arrogant. I was all set to book a limo with him however due to his unprofessional behavior I did not book with him. It appears that he does not need additional business which is surprising since word of mouth is the best free advertisement. I only hope that his behavior is not indicative of all his staff...however he sets the tone for his company ..I can only say run don't walk from ultimate class limousine...by the way how ironic is their name when Matt himself exhibits no class....that is the ultimate joke !!! read more

I recently booked a party bus for my daughters sweet 16. Not only did they send a different bus then we looked at but nothing worked on it! The radio, tv/dvd, and bathroom were all out of service! When I spoke to Matt he was very rude and so arrogant and said nothing was guaranteed! When I told him this is NOT what I ordered, he told me he didn't like my attitude! I could of hired a school bus to do the same thing as they did for ALOT less. I would never recommend this company. They are liars and scammers and I would stay far away from this company. read more

My sister is getting married and happened to have the day off today, so her Fiancé and her decided to go to a few places to get quotes on limo, DJ, all that. I am her MOH and she asked me to come this afternoon with them. We went to a few limo places and decided to go to one by me, Ultimate Class Limo. Well the owner Matt Silver is an ULTIMATE ***! First they scoffed at us for not having an appointment, then I said well her Fiancé is from Westchester so they were getting done what they could today. When they heard this the owner came out an said well maybe I can give you guys an idea. They started talking a little and I said-- "Yes, they have an idea of what they want." With this the *** turns to me claps his hands and says... "You need to stop talking." Mind you I said 2 sentences! My sister looked at me and looked at him and said "Wow, forget it" and he turns around and says "Good". At this point I am shaking, get in the car and call his office. I told himt hat was no way to treat customers and I have no idea why he felt the need to talk to me like that. And hes says he was half-joking and 4:00 on a Friday is no time to just waltz into a limo business. To which I told him we have been to 4 other places and been treated well and helped. He then says "Well,obviously you're the boss and its not your sisters day its yours!" To which I promptly said that my sisters venue will hear about this since they are on the recommended vendors list!! read more
