I Googled and found 4Ever Young online, contacted the office and they stated they could do the scan. Upon entering the med spa, everyone was so welcoming and energetic! The vibe was completely infectious and happy! After getting my body scan, I assumed I was done. To my pleasant surprise, nurse Heather came to talk to me about my scan results and answer any questions that arose. In addition to that, nurse Heather went out of her way to calculate my macros and provide that information to me. (Knowing macros is extremely important for weight loss or weight gain) Nowadays, a lot of people are in a bad mood, for whatever reasons, and customers/clients are usually on the receiving end of the bad mood when they enter places of business. However, I was so elated with my experience and the customer service that I received with the 4Ever Young staff! It was not only positive and happy, but refreshing. Once I complete my weight-loss challenge, I am highly considering some other services that 4Every Young offers, just because I know the service will be nothing short of stellar.

Life got hectic this year, but they still charged my credit card every single month while my points accumulated -- or so I thought. Fast forward to 4/18/2025: I called them after getting a text saying they couldn't charge my card anymore. I asked how many points I had and how many hydrofacials that would get me. The staff told me I had enough for 7 or 8 facials. I told them to freeze my membership so I could use my points first. They agreed and booked me for 04/26/2025. I showed up today for my appointment and was blindsided. The OWNER herself demanded my credit card info again, and when I reminded her of the call I had with her staff about freezing my membership, she smugly said their "system changed on Monday" and they couldn't see my points anymore. When I pushed back, the owner started changing her story -- suddenly saying, "Oh, you say you called maybe 10 days ago? I think our system changed the previous Monday, the 14th." Total LIE. I just checked my phone -- I called them on the 18th, days after their supposed "system change." They knew what they were doing and still promised me I could use my points. I was furious. I raised my voice because this is flat-out theft. They charged me all year and now refuse to provide the services I paid for. Instead of showing any kind of apology or trying to help, the owner coldly told me they could give me one facial today and that's it. No compassion, no effort to make things right. Just a greedy, heartless attitude. They asked me to leave -- like I was the problem! I plan to call corporate, and if they don't fix this immediately, I will be contacting a lawyer. You cannot scam loyal customers and get away with it. DO NOT step foot in this place. They only care about your money, not about you. Find a business that actually respects their clients. I won't nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I'm told I owe a bunch of money. Note I pay each visit in full period. You can't leave without paying. Now with further discussion, which delays my visit and, makes me late for another appointment I'm told oh it's an insurance thing and they didn't pay etc etc. Now note there are at least 5 others I'm hearing with the same issue. I have a friend that goes to another location and there is the same issue going on. Once they realize I'm a self pay they tell me oh it's ok just go in and we will fix it. I get my treatment for $170.00 and I pay. I come in the next two weeks the same issue however now the money is being demanded, it's from 2025, and they have all these print outs!!. I will tell you one thing I've looked at each bill...and paid said bill in full each time, but there is no way I owe them a dime especially from last year! It's clear to me that their business model here is to grab money from anyone who has insurance after the fact because it's next to impossible to deal with insurance.
