You get what you pay for... I go to Ultimate Dry Cleaners cleaners in Glenside across from the Wawa and ask them to fix a hem on my pants. He charges me eight dollars for the repair and returned this to me. When asked, why is the stitch shorter and done in blue thread he tells me that it's a blind stitch and you can't see it, but we're looking right at it. This guy has a terrible attitude problem and has a conniption, because I'm not satisfied with the work. He's adamant about his work being done correctly so I take it to my original tailor at Happy cleaners , without telling her who did the work she tells me all the mistakes that he made and now I have to pay double for the correction. read more

What a story I have to share today. Even during this pandemic, I have to deal with another business treating me as if I'm a unruly protester. And, I was in a great mood before this specific confrontation. Know this, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BUSINESS!!! As I entered the establishment, I gave the attendant, which seems to look like he was the owner, my dry cleaning receipt. He locates my shirts, and brings them to the counter. Then, I pull out my bank card and try to hand it to him. He scowls at me, and says the amount of the shirts is $4.75, and I NEED CASH. I calmly say, "I don't have cash!" He angrily points to a sign on the top right corner of the wall, and states that the bill needs to be more than ten dollars if I want use a credit card. The manner in which he spoke to me was unacceptable, and as a consumer, I certainly DO NOT NEED TO BE SPOKEN IN THAT MANNER. So, I march to my bank down the street, use the mac machine and withdraw funds so that I can pay for my shirts. I reentered the cleaners and hand him the money. Also, I strongly told him that he did not have to speak to me in that way. After that, you could see that his emotions were the same and showed no remorse for had transpired. However, his ears perked up when I told him that I was going to post a review. The power of Yelp is still alive, even during a global pandemic!!! Do your self a favor, even if it's more expensive, find a different dry cleaners to go to. read more

This is by far my favorite dry cleaners in the area . Everyone there is so nice . My clothes come back perfect and the young lady annie that works there is so welcoming . I love this place . I strongly recommend it !!! read more

They make you wear a mask - as they should - but they don't wear them. The definition of arrogance. Will not be going back.

I brought one suit and a sports jacket into their shop on a Friday and received them as promised on Saturday. They also provided some helpful advice on how to protect my clothing from moths. And, their prices are exceptional compared to other dry cleaners in the area. The only things I would have liked was for the hangers my suit and jacket were returned on to be stronger and better support the weight of the jackets, and for the hanger to advertise the dry cleaner's name, address, and phone # to make it easier to get in touch with them at a later time when their services are needed again. But, overall, a pleasant experience. read more

Great and fast service. All cleaning done on premises. Pleasant owner, will do his best do remove tough stains. They do everything from wedding gowns, fur and leather coats (cleaning & storage), Ugg boots, curtains, comforters, rugs, and alterations for all!! read more

They first made excuses to not finish their job on time, and they failed to remove the stain and insisted to charge the same with no sorry, but the worst thing is their attitude is really bad, even humiliating. read more
