Items come back clean and neat and they will drop off your items at your building for you if you live close by! The staff here are really nice as well. I am not sure if the prices are considered reasonable or high as I have not checked out other dry cleaning places in the area but it usually comes out to ~$20 for a dress, $10 for a blouse.

Totally serviceable, friendly, quick, affordable dry cleaning in center city. Prices are normal in my opinion - i pay $15 per two piece suit from time to time and $20 once for silk bedding. I like that they are open till 6PM for the after work crowd. Both times I've come in I was seen almost immediately, and the attendant was kind and helpful. They also do alterations although I've never used that service. Usually get a two day turnaround here, although they mentioned you can rush for an additional fee. I'm quite enthusiastic about this place, and it's nice to find a dry cleaner that is consistent and effective! One really important note is that the hours listed on Google and Yelp are not quite accurate. They are open for full service from 8AM - 6PM Monday thru Friday. The rest of the time, 6PM - 10PM Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays & Sundays 8AM - 10PM are only open for drop off, so you can use a drop box (like a library book return) for self-service drop off.

I was unsure at first since he only marked it with one safety pin. 2 out of the 3 dresses were not cut the length that it was supposed to be. I was only able to take one back to have them fix it correctly the other dress I just have to wear since the event I needed it for was around the corner and wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time. They charged me $300 for the 3 dresses which I am sorry for you to mess up on 2 of the dresses and only needed to take an off material is extremely expensive. I would recommend to stay away from this place to get anything tailored. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought in three dresses to be hemmed because they were slightly too long. The gentleman spent less than a minute pinning the length and only used one safety pin on each dress. I had a bad feeling about it at the time because it seemed rushed and careless, but I trusted that the work would be done correctly. Unfortunately, my concerns were justified. Two out of the three dresses were hemmed to the wrong length. I only had enough time to bring one back to be corrected. The other dress had to be worn as is because my event was right around the corner, and there wasn't enough time to have it fixed. To make matters worse, I was charged $300 to hem three dresses. That is an outrageous price for work that wasn't even done correctly. Hemming is one of the most basic alterations, and there is no excuse for getting the length wrong on two out of three dresses especially after charging such a premium. I expected professional workmanship and attention to detail, but instead I received rushed, sloppy work that left me with dresses I couldn't wear as intended. I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for quality tailoring. Save yourself the frustration and take your clothes somewhere that values precision and customer satisfaction.

From cleaning Uggs (inside and out), leather jackets, purses, and other items, to repairs and redying, our cleaning experts can make your items look better than they have in years. Suede and leather garments require special care to maximize wearing life. Always store your leather in a cool, ventilated area to prevent drying and mildew. Leather and suede are very susceptible to staining from perspiration and body oils; make sure to protect vulnerable areas by wearing scarves and shirts with sleeves. Stains should always be cared for by a professional dry cleaner as soon as possible. Leather and suede articles are made from the skins of various portions of an animal. As such, there are many reasons why cleaning leather results in changes in the garment's appearance. Therefore it is generally a good idea to clean any matching pieces simultaneously, to ensure color consistency. Different textures vary in how they absorb the cleaning process, which may result in some leathers darkening more than others.

They didn't know me as I had called a few minutes before and asked them if they could fix a sports top of mine that my dog had ripped the strap off of and then also fix my pants that were too long. They happily obliged. I was able to quickly go I into the makeshift dressing room they had, came out, and then one of the women got to work and started using pins to allocate the area that has to be trimmed. She was very patient and asked me if the length was ok several times. Whilst doing this and changing back into my other clothes, the other lady had already stitched the strap on my sports top. I was beyond happy. For my romper that they also offered to dry clean, they told me to return after a week and gave me a yellow ticket to note the date/time. I indeed returned about a week and half later to pick up my romper. It was neatly pressed and hemmed just right. They reminded me of a seamstress I went to back home in Miami. I feel lucky I found this store (thanks to Yelp of course). They had great reviews. How could I not? Should I need them again, I would definitely be back.

Other items came back still stained (and they acknowledged they had incorrectly forgotten about certain spots). 2. I'm just really bummed that my expensive items were destroyed.

The total retail of these garments is roughly $800. One of them was a Yumi Row lack linen balloon skirt, retail $230. It had a rip in it, which I knew about. I had already hired a professional local seamstress who specializes in repairing couture garments with a scheduled appointment to get this fixed, but wanted it cleaned first. When I got it back, someone at Yoon's had taken it upon themselves to stitch up this rip. It was clearly done with an inappropriate machine not meant to be used on a delicate courture garment - thus causing more damage to the rip and structure of this garment - but more importantly, they did so WITHOUT MY PERMISSION *and* WITHOUT DISCLOSING THAT THEY DID IT. In my opinion this means that they mistakenly thought they had caused the rip, and decided to try and stitch it up surreptitiously so that I wouldn't know it happened. Either one of two things happened here: they thought they ripped it and tried to cover it up, or they saw it was ripped and took it upon themselves to repair it without my permission or authorization, doing so inappripriately and damaging the garment further. In either event it was a completely unacceptable thing to do, and they are civilly liable for the structural damage this repair caused to the garment. Thus I am suing in small claims.
