I am considering legal actions, license complaints, litigation besides complaints with the government agencies, Governors office, Attorney general office, etc! Deceptive business practices. I have construction experience doing floors, windows, siding, kitchens,bathrooms etc. He gave me a BAIT AND SWITCH low price than after removing the old flooring, he hit me with a about 50% inflated price like deceptive business practices bait and switch scheming to defraud I feel. the new flooring creaks poor installation, etc. Floor has high and low spots like a wave. The workers excessively butchered chopped damage the moldings removing with a pry bar instead of trim removing tool then caulked damages sloppy unappealing work. They didn't use a stair tread gauge just cut and caulking the gaps which now pulling apart. Caulked everything because they didn't use the right tools. Promised a warranty and sent document twice without it and blamed the office. I knew the specific floor from suppliers in stock and I knew the price but he said they don't have it as he wanted to sell me his inflated priced flooring. He aggressively saying that if I didn't pay he was coming over which he did. I offered to pay with a credit card he refused, unless I paid about 5% additional and so he demanded a check on the spot when he gets to my house buzzing the gate several times for payment when I was offering to pay it over the phone with a credit card but he didn't want the credit card fee and I offered to send a check to him but he demanded it immediately. Uneven poor installation, damaged flooring planks, that I was left with tiny pieces in the closet, charged for carpet removal they left in front of house. He told me one brand of underlayment on estimate and switched to cheaper on install (bait and switch again like the price). installed a transition T molding without the metal track Instead they silicone the transition molding down onto the carpet. if I ever carpet removed, it will damage the wood and carpet flooring. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor. workers spoke no English I believe subcontractors maybe daylaborers. I had to use a translator app. Said would return to fix things never did. The floor makes cracking noise from poor installation. Before quoted me a labor price of $2985 and then he hit me with a inflated price of $4556.56 after they ripped up the old flooring on day of install, I feel deceptive business practices. Vitalii came unprepared to complete the job I hired him for and kept telling me it was because I told him I have LVP flooring when he saw with his own eyes it wasn't LVP prior to doing the project when he came to give me a quote. He did half the job I paid him for, and said he would come back to finish the job at a later date. I paid him in full (completely my mistake) and followed up multiple times to schedule a date and time on when to expect him to finish the project. His response was he would have to stop by following the other jobs he was working on at strange times like late in the evening, and was wishy washy and vague on what day he would ever be stopping by again. It's funny because it certainly wasn't that complicated scheduling him to come out to start the job, finishing it is a different story though. He left a mess for me to clean up when he finished half the work he was paid for, including baseboards filled with nails left on the floor of the room he was working in, and unplugging my garage door to use my miter saw and then not plugging it back in or letting anyone know he even unplugged the garage door. It's really a shame because finding a reliable, quality handyman is so difficult. I was hoping that Vitalii being responsive spoke to his integrity and reliability. I was mistaken on that assumption. I would not recommend.

We hired this company to complete work on our garage and driveway. The scope of work included…read moregrinding down the original concrete pattern, repairing existing cracks, painting, and sealing the driveway. Unfortunately, the work performed fell far short of what was agreed upon and paid for. Instead of improving the property, the driveway now has more cracks than before, circular grinder marks throughout, and areas where the original concrete pattern remains untouched. The job was neither completed to standard nor aligned with the commitments outlined in the proposal. Mr. Peter Ajello conducted himself in a deceptive and unprofessional manner, misrepresenting both his capabilities and his intent to deliver quality work. His actions have caused us significant financial loss and left us with a driveway in worse condition than when we began. It is obvious by the number of negative reviews that he consistenly misrepresents the quality of his work. All he seems to do is shift blame to others instead of providing the work he claims to be able to do by exagerrating his positive reviews. His workmanship, professionalism, and business practices are wholly unacceptable and reflect a serious misrepresentation of the trade. When he can't do the job he files claims with the insurance company... obviously being denied for his workmanship... see insurance copy pic included. RUN! do not hire them.... additionally, doing business as Satin Finish Epoxy & Flooring, and Satin Finish Concrete, Terrazzo and Marble Restoration...out of fort lauderdale doing business in PB county... THE PICTURES SAY IT ALL!!! We feel compelled to respond to the misleading statements made by Mr. Peter Ajello regarding the job performed on our garage and driveway. While not surprising, It is important to clarify that he is not stating all the facts, and ultimately, he did not complete the job as contracted. The fact remains, it doesn't matter if I met him or not! This is my residence... and guess what you were working for US... Mr. Ajello has made claims that his insurance company would correct ANY Wrong doing and insurance company denied coverage because nothing was wrong. However, we have confirmation that the insurance response clearly stated they "do not pay to restore, repair, or redo contractor work." This directly contradicts his version of events and further highlights his ongoing pattern of avoiding responsibility And misrepresentation. (SEE Picture Attached) of the insurance conclusion. Additionally, Mr. Ajello has tried to shift blame by falsely suggesting the damage shown in photos was caused by drainage issues. This is simply untrue. The photos clearly show damage in the middle of the driveway--an area that does, in fact, drain properly. I guess the drainage issues were also caused by the mess they left ? (see pic) This is just another attempt to deflect from the real issue: poor workmanship and failure to deliver on agreed terms. His attempt to continue to bolster his reputation by exaggerating cannot hide the truth...his workmanship, professionalism, and business practices fall far below acceptable standards. We strongly advise anyone considering this company--doing business under names such as Satin Finish Epoxy & Flooring and Satin Finish Concrete, Terrazzo and Marble Restoration--to do their due diligence. SAVE your money! Our experience, and the pictures of the work, speak for themselves. RUN--do not hire them. The proof is in the pudding.

I signed the contract Wednesday. They came out on that Friday due to the rain on Thursday. Total time was 4 hours. Floor looks fabulous and the up-keep is a breeze! Highly recommended!
