Ordered 2 lattes (Cinnamon Toast Crunch) and 2 of the roasted flavored coffees (Vermont Maple and Cinnamon Sticky Bun). Both were above average coffee. The lattes were very flavorful with a strong flavor of espresso. The coffee was smooth with good flavor. Service was quick and friendly. I go out of my way to come here for great coffee. I usually go for their lattes and my husband likes their New Orleans cold brew. He's even tried their Kyoto cold brew which is steeped longer than their other option. It's pricey but very good. The coffee really comes through in the drinks we have tried which is what I look forward to. Everything is on par with other coffee shops. Their drive thru line moves fast and is efficient, which due to time, is what I typically chose. Their staff is super friendly. The drive thru can get backed up during busy hours, but luckily I'm an early bird and usually get there before the morning rush. Just moved to the area and I absolutely love this place. I was a barista myself in a very fast paced coffee shop in Newburyport and this place is the bomb!! They have tons of options, TWO cold brews (I personally prefer New Orleans black), and tons of donut choices. I saw people complaining earlier on here of coming later and having no choices... well then come earlier when donuts are served, not an hour before closing time! The baristas I've encountered are always lovely and kind! And the interior is amazing and clean, great place to sit, study, meet up with friends! I usually go to the location in Andover and this is definitely similar in service and has the same offerings, plus has a parking lot and drive-thru. We were helped right away by a nice woman. Unfortunately, a couple items we wanted were no longer offered (wish they'd remove that from the menu) but they had the coffees we wanted. I went with the white chocolate raspberry latte special (iced). I would give it a 3 out of 5. My partner got the special ja'mocha iced coffee. We've had that before and it's really nice. Lovely taste. I almost made him trade but he drank it too fast. The location also in the morning has a nice selection of muffins and doughnuts. So I just moved to Bradford and this place is on my commute. I've been through the drive through twice now and both times have been fast, friendly, and delicious. 2 cold brew options?! So smooth. I accompanied my cold brew with a glazed chocolate donut my foster visit, and the most delicious blueberry muffin on my second. I honestly kind of wish this place didn't exist because I already know I'll be spending way too much money here. I LOVE this place. I usually make my own coffee every morning but some days when I'm running late stopping here is a morning treat! The coffee is great!! I'm a big fan of their koyoto cold brew which is on display and a super cool looking work of coffee making art, and also their lattes (I go for the white chocolate raspberry when I'm having a rough morning and it helps... a lot). The staff is so incredibly friendly and they have great energy to the point that I leave feeling happier than I did going in. I am very lucky this is on my way to work. I also need to mention their scones-- they make them there and they are freaking delicious!! Just went through the drive through on a Sunday. It took over 10 minutes to get through the line, and when we came to the window they had my coffee right, but my husband ordered a hot latte and they had an iced for him. We asked for the hot latte, and were handed a hot cappuccino within 30 seconds with the excuse that the orders got mixed up. Having worked as a barista in the past, I immediately recognized that the cup was far too light to be a latte. When I asked the girl at the window, she told me that the milk "gets light in a latte." I opened the cup and saw that it was full of foam. We were in a hurry so we didn't press any more, plus there was a line behind us. What happened to the young man who usually works on the weekends? He always made sure the order was right, and has remade drinks for me in the past with no hesitation. I am a weekday regular on a first name basis with several of the employees, but disappointed with the experience this weekend. Customer service 101: the customer is always right, and our drink should have been remade right away. We gladly would have parked and come inside for the right drink to keep the line moving. I am not too sure about this place after being charge $9.03 for a egg and cheese Sandwich and a small iced coffee. My friend got the same thing, but got ham in her sandwich, and paid $7.54. I used to go here for my flavored coffee all the time but since COVID, Ive noticed that they are very lax with social distancing and wearing masks. At first, there was tape on the floor for social distancing, but now its been taken off, The teenagers working here do not keep their masks on correctly. The staff has never been friendly but coffee is good. Yesterday,I felt so uncomfortable with the girl behind the counter waiting on her friends, both had their masks down. I ended up leaving and getting my coffee elsewhere. I will not go back and Ive been going here since they opened. I was pretty psyched when ultimate perk opened up in groveland. I live in Georgetown and there were no choices for decent coffee without having to drive into downtown Haverhill or up to Newburyport. The decor is very cool - down to earth with just a touch of steampunk. The coffee is excellent and the girls make a fantastic latte! My husband loves their donuts. He says their egg sandwiches are good (microwaved eggs like DD) but not great but he's kind of a complainer and since he orders them all the time, he must like them enough Lol. I get a bagel with peanut butter... The bagels, honestly, are nothing to write home about but they always toast them perfectly and give me plenty of peanut butter on the side :) Hey, it's not a bagel shop! What I like best about ultimate perk is the service. Everyone is always nice and super polite. The drive thru generally goes through very quickly also.. And they always offer biscuits when our dogs are in the car :) My wish list item for ultimate perk is that they add a couple vegan items. They carry the "something sweet with wheat" line which is all gluten free but that stuff all contains eggs and/or dairy. A vegan muffin would go along great with their coffee! read more

The beans and equipment are available for a great coffee but the staff needs better training and guidelines so they understand that an americano is one part espresso and three parts hot water. I completely understand how difficult it is to adjust to the COVID regulations for both employees and business owners, but months into the state quarantine, I came to the drive-thru for breakfast and not one of the multiple workers were wearing masks or gloves. Masks are mandatory for MA businesses. And required as a customer going to a drive-thru. The food and drink are meh, but I definitely won't be returning to a company who blatantly disregards this.
