I decided to bring a dozen bagels to work for a party. I'm thankful for order ahead. Also the fact that they open so early when I'm driving by at 6am heading towards 95 is so convenient. The staff were super nice and had my order ready when I arrived. Several people asked where I got the bagels from so I know the taste and quality is top notch. I got almost one of every flavor and had them sliced for convenience. I also did a plain and a garlic and herbs cream cheese. So delicious! Maybe one of the best bagel places in the Merrimack Valley. read more

Not a fancy place but plenty of seating, better than the usual take out bagel shops. I order two beacon, egg and cheese Bagel sandwiches on a asiago and a jalapeño, mine was fresh and delicious. The best bagels I've found in this area. I take food to go, but the dining room seems clean. The counter help is quick and friendly. This place has a menu lifted almost exactly from Bagel World. The bagel offerings are the same, the cream cheese flavors are the same. Even the specialty sandwiches are the same down to the ingredient. This isn't a bad thing, but it is odd. read more

I usually like best bagels there usually always smacking, I always got the cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese, I choose something different today and it was a mistake I got a tuna salad on a veggie bagel although it was good i happened to pull out a HAIR! in my tuna salad. Best Bagel has becomes something of a religious event for us. Sunday mornings several of us who work in the Emergency Dept come in craving bagel sandwiches and Best Bagel makes that happen. The bagels are fresh, the ingredients delicious and the coffee smooth. If I were to offer one criticism, it would be this, As popular as they are on a Sunday morning, they sometimes miss items. I don't know who is doing the expediting in the kitchen, but when an order for 4 sandwiches only has 3 in the bag.... Well someone should catch that. Don't worry, I'll wait for my breakfast sandwich to come, but it would have been nice to have it when my fellow nurses got theirs. read more

I love their bagels! They are so yummy and crunchy yet soft and fluffy. The only reason I am giving four stars, instead of 5 is... the knifes are rarely cleaned and it seems the crew are working in such a fast pace that other toppings from other peoples bagels get onto the knife and somehow always end up in my plain bagel with cream cheese. I've gone to this shop SO MANY TIMES and always the same outcome. Onions on my bagel. The coffee is great though! read more

The food here is always amazing. Unfortunately, the woman who I assume is the manager is a miserable bitch. She's extremely rude to customers and is always giving some type of nasty facial expression at/about a customer. I witnessed someone ask her if they have a bathroom (which isn't marked) and she gave the woman a dirty look and just pointed, be a big girl and use your words. So, the foods fantastic. But don't expect polite service. read more

By far the best bagels within an extended area - not just in Georgetown. The bagel/regular sandwiches are excellent and well prepared. My personal favorite is the smoked salmon bagel. Even if there is a slight wait during peak hours - orders are handled in a very orderly fashion. read more

I really enjoyed Best Bagel. My toasted sesame bagel with butter and lox was tasty and filling. These bagels are chewy and flavorful. My sister and her husband loved their bagels as well and they both swear by the chai (she doesn't even sweeten it, which is a first for her). I didn't love the coffee offerings, but went with an iced hazelnut coffee and it was fine. I don't remember there being a non-dairy option, so I did my coffee black. Service could have been friendlier. I know there are comparisons to Bagel World, and I prefer Bagel World, but will happily visit Best Bagel (my dad works across the street so that will also keep me visiting). read more

This place is just what Georgetown needed! They have plenty of choices, the staff is extremely helpful, and best of all the food is delicious. The prices are amazing for the quality food you're getting. I will definitely be back again and if you have time, be sure to stop by! These bagels are really good. I like them lightly toasted with cream cheese. These are crunchy on the outside and become more and more creamy as you get to the center. I would say this is one of the very best bagels I have ever had. read more

The bagels here are fantastic and everytime I go there is a line no matter what time of day or night. If you want fantastic bagels with an astounding amount of cream cheese choices this is the place to go. My only negative is that I have found the counter servers to be less than pleasant. First time and likely last time. Mediocre Bagel is how I would describe this place. The two women working the front were very rude. I was the only person in there and had to wait until they were done their conversation before being helped. Super awkward. I wasn't greeted. She just stared at me after they were done. I had an everything bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese oddly tasted like pickles, but I thought the bagel was okay- not worth the 40 minute drive (round trip) from my home. Next time I'll just drive to Bagel World. read more

But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

Bagels are fresh and reasonably priced. Parking is a mess on the weekends. Some people just leave their cars in the street blocking the rd.

Plenty of sweet and savory options for bagels and spreads. The prices are very reasonable. You can actually get a good sandwich for under $10 here which seems to be a rarity these days. Two things make me give this place four stars instead of five: 1. The parking lot is very small and hard to navigate, especially if it's busy. 2. They have an app for online ordering which I have used a few times, but it's actually less convenient than just ordering in store. Last time I placed an online order I ended up waiting longer than people who ordered at the counter. Also sometimes if you order something online they may be out of stock in store.

They're pretty expensive at $3.50 a donut, with some costing a bit more, but if you order half a dozen or a full dozen, you get them for cheaper. I also recommend going there within the first hour of them opening, because it seems they can sell out of donuts pretty fast. The second time I went an hour after opening, they were already sold out of the vanilla cream donuts and tiger tails.
