The store had tons of example quilts, lots of quilt kits, patterns, books, cutting mats, Aurifil thread, and sewing accessories (needles, thread conditioner, pens etc). It was super well organized and thoughtfully designed. Loved how all the Christmas patterns and fabric were together along the back wall. I loved how they used a lot of free patterns available from fabric manufacturers. Most importantly I had great customer service! All the store employees asked me if I needed help and if I was doing ok. As a younger quilting customer (mid 30's) I am frequently completely ignored. So I was pleasantly surprised when I was helped! While I couldn't buy everything I had my eye on I learned they have free shipping through their online store - almost unheard of in the quilting/fabric world. Will definitely buying from this store in the future!

After being fully paid in November, the remaining 10% of the project has still not been completed months later. I have called, texted, and tried reaching out multiple times with very limited response or communication. At one point, Rick told me they had a bigger project that took priority and that my job had been pushed to the back of the line. Unfortunately, that still doesn't excuse the complete lack of follow-through or communication. What started as a good working relationship turned sour very quickly. I am beyond frustrated with Rick's lack of professionalism and communication regarding finishing this project. I finally informed him that I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I've run out of options trying to get this resolved. My advice: be very cautious about making final payment until every part of the project is fully completed.

I searched for weeks to find an upholstery shop that could restore a vintage Victorian style couch, chair and dining room chairs. But as soon as I came across Sit Well's website I knew I had found a company that had the requisite expertise to do the job. From my first call with the owner Rick, to the home visit with their interior designer Cheyenne I was enthralled by their professionalism, and their level of expertise, attention to detail and views on environmentalism. Every aspect of their business protocol was exemplary. Their prices were reasonable. They adhered to their the service schedule. They provided multiple verbal and pictorial project updates. They were responsive when we had questions. They provided white glove pickup and return service. The finished product... well it was absolute perfection and indescribably beautiful. Sit WELL took furniture that just may be 100 years old, that was so worn, thread bare and actually ready for the trash heap and transformed it into pieces that look like they belong in a museum. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for this incredible team of talented artists. Less than 48 hours ago I wandered…read morethis very large store in search of one small item, and ultimately an employee to help with locating said item to only find myself at the front of the store. Finally spying what seemed to be the ONLY employee in the store I am cutoff in a foot race with a new shopper who had just walked in the door and had "one simple question". The lone cashier speaks into the mysterious shoulder-com and calls over a coworker to assist this new shopper. Then she attempts to tell me where the item is but ultimately decides to have the coworker come back and help me when he's done with the other, because now she has "customers" to check out. Fast forward 48 hours to return for more of the SAME ITEM, which is now moved somewhere else. There are people at the cutting table with lines 3-4 people deep (as is usual and customary as I have experienced YEARS of idle shopping while waiting for my number to be called) I rudely interrupt with my simple question and the staff member tells me that they've been moved to the other corner, but wait they might be up front near the kids stuff... STOP MOVING THE STORE AROUND. LEAVE THINGS IN THE SAME AREA AND STAFF YOUR STORE WITH MEMBERS ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SHOPPING. Forcing customers to wander around lost for hours is unfair to them. I am finally permanently done giving this store any of my money. I left my items on the cutting table and left the store. I will not return.

Had the best experience here!! Was searching for an upgrade to my brother sewing machine for…read moreapparel sewing. I had not great experiences at the Phoenix sewing multi-brand store (not Mulqueen or Bernina). I had said I wanted to stay under $1k and had received the most appalled reaction and customer service. Contrast to Mulqueen. Walk in, all the machines are on & ready to play with. I had called to check availability of a few models and chose this location over tempe based on machines on the floor. I brought scraps with me & set to testing but was quickly confused by some of the buttons. A woman appeared right about that time, sat down next to me and walked me through it. Keep in mind this was a $500 machine not $3k or something. She even suggested a less expensive version next to it often used in their classes (Janome) ultimately decided this was too basic & I missed computerized so she walked me to the Juki I requested next & I quickly set to work testing it. This particular model (hzl f600) was over m y budget but I knew the basic functionality was similar to the ones I was considering. Absolutely loved it! Denim, slippery rayon, no issues. She said you know we might have this used. She walked me to the oasis of used/refurb machines. They had every machine I was considering-available used/refurb and under $1k!! I ultimately got the f600 used -could not be happier-and saved enough to buy way more fabric than I need. My only complaint is we need a location in Phoenix or Scottsdale!!!! The gentleman in the refurb area was also super helpful answering questions the woman couldn't (she had long gray hair but didn't catch a name). Well worth the 35 minute drive & seriously only place I will go for machines.

Customer service is friendly and they have plenty of machines to try out. I didn't dare go next door to the see the giant fabric section after buying the sewing machine. Maybe next trip.
