Had a bit of an issue with a backup camera (mostly because I am particular and not because of their workmanship), went back about a week later, and one of the guys there helped me out and we found out a solution. Was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected, obviously. The people were nice, and employee I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, and overall I had a pretty good experience. They have a person dedicated to tuning your new turntable or putting life in to your old turntable. They also offer more than just stereos. They were the first place that I went to when I wanted to get a smart home. They're able to not only install all the fancy equipment, but they also know how to program it. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! Who knew that trying to get a remote starter for my 2016 E350 Mercedes would be such a challenge…read more After contacting a number of manufacturers who all told me that the product does not exist i talked to the people at Tier One and they found the one company who makes a remote starter for my car. They told me upfront that they needed the car for 3 - 4 days since they had to ship the ignition harness to Chicago to have the spare key installed in the harness. Four days later my car was done so I went to their new location in West Chester to pick it up. They were very good at explaining how the new system worked except it only worked on a part-time basis, sometimes it started and some times it did not. After several phone calls to Chicago it turned out that I need to replace the car battery since mine was 4 years old and too weak to power the system. After replacing my battery the system works perfectly! The service that Tier One provided was top notch, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and at a fair price. So now I can remotely start my car with the key or using by Droid phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a remote starter put in their car. My next purchase from them will be a sound-deadening system that eliminates road noise.

Cadillac would only consider replacing and re-programming the entire unit for nearly $2,500, and every other place that I called wanted no part of even looking at it.. I called him yesterday, explained the problem, and he not only fixed it today in less than 3 hours, but he used the replacement screen that I had purchased myself on Amazon, and charged me only a modest amount for labor.. It was, and remains, a completely valid reason. He had some family issues to attend to and I agree that is more important. Unfortunately, his demeanor towards me since then has been confrontational. Rich has demanded that I remove this review and threatened to involve a lawyer in the matter. I have been nothing but understanding with him. Posting truthful and non-slanderous information to a public forum on the Internet regarding this business is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States (see: Reno v. ACLU). In addition, I am of the opinion that Yelp! reviews are supposed to be honest reviews from customers regarding their interactions with businesses. I understand that Rich is upset about my leaving a 1-star review on his business. That is why I gave him three stars and the opportunity to earn my trust back. As I told him, judging by the other reviews on his business, he should have easily been able to earn some cash and get his other two stars. He chose not to do so. Instead, he threatened me with legal action for leaving an honest review of my interaction with his business on a public site. My final comment on this business is a word of caution to other potential customers. Rich is an interesting guy. If you are not prepared to be berated for disagreeing with his views on public discourse, I might suggest looking for a different installer, which is a shame because I hear he does good work.
