They knew we lived almost an hour away from them, yet continued to jerk us around for almost a week. Every single day, they would call us in saying that everything is ready, then when it comes time to sign, they somehow forget something. The salesman was extremely condescending to my husband as well. He spoke to my husband as if he was born yesterday. It was a used car, so we asked them to give us new tires and do an oil change, to which they ensured us that they would. They proceeded to give us four used tires with almost little tread left and did not do an oil change. The alignment was off as well. We have a daughter, and we cannot risk driving in a car that isn't 100% safe. My husband and I have now had to spend over $1,100 to get everything they promised us that they would do/fix. We called them to tell them what happened and asked if they would ACTUALLY work on the car that they sold us, and they said that since we already drove off their lot, they won't work on it. Piss poor customer service. So, yeah... I would give them 0 stars and NOT recommend them to anybody EVER. This dealership is full of scam artists and liars. I'm baffled at how they take advantage of their customers so easily and with no conscience or remorse, treat and talk to customers the way they do... and get away with it. I will be reporting them.

My decision was based on several factors: 1. The vehicle was the most realistic of the 3, being in the best shape, the maintenance history, and the model. 2. I also chose based on the reviews from this dealer. 3. My salesrep Zak and the owner Sam (and all the employees) are good and honest people. 4. Price and quality with ability to purchase a warranty. I haven't bought a used vehicle at a dealership in many years, and this experience was top-rated. My salesrep Zak was friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. I won't go into too much detail here yet I must state that anyone buying a used car from a dealership (as is) should know that there are no guarantees. You should very thoroughly research the vehicle you are looking to buy beforehand so you will know if there are known issues. Zak and I discussed the pros and cons of vehicle (I was already very familiar with my vehicle as I had bought only this truck for the past 30 years. The truck had everything I needed except for one option, and so we negotiated having that option installed by the dealer, which they did, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the quality of integrity these folks showed. Before buying here I looked at their reviews and while almost all were 5 star, there were a few "unsatisfied" customers, and I noted they were almost all from reviewers who obviously didn't do their research.
