SCAM ! Twice after going to this location my debit card encountered recurring purchases. The first instance went on for a year of monthly charges until realized; I called and the money was refunded. Most recently after paying $7 for a wash the monthly $10 charge started the next day and because after calling and canceling the charge the recurring charge has gone on for 3 months. The answer got when called is that a recurring change was set up, they cannot refund, I am welcome to cancel and finish the month paid for. Even though I live a state away and haven't been to the location since the first $7 wash. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $37 DOLLARS FOR ONE CAR WASH. The employees of this place are all incompetent, careless and uninformed. I am sure the mistake happens when they come out to your car after you are frustrated waiting on the broken machine and they talk to you like you are stupid and take a payment from you angrily wishing they could go sit back down inside. Employees are exceptionally poor quality customer service and the machines are mediocre. Find another car wash for your peace and safety! read more

Beware of wheel damages. The trainees at the entry point do not know how to guide you in. Aug 13 my left front wheel was damaged at the Duluth location, after filling out a report and manager taking pics, no follow up from a manager , Luis. Scratched the heck out of the side of my truck, they tried to tell me they had video it was there prior to me going in the wash(it wasn't). The showed me a video of the front of my truck! I went to this location Monday to get an emissions test done. I was told the guy who does that is only in on Wednesday. I came back today, Wednesday, and was told "oh we can't do emissions tests, the machine is broken or something". I tried calling them before I left today to see if someone was there to do the testing, no one ever answered the phone. They need to remove emissions testing from their website and their sign as they clearly do not perform this service. I will never bother to drive there again. read more

Three weeks ago we went for a car wash. As we were leaving the wash area our passenger side mirror broke inside the car wash. After filing a complaint, the manager, Nathan, said someone will contact us and follow up. A week later we had not heard anything, so, we went personally to follow up. We were told they will order a new mirror and email us. It has been 2 weeks and we have not heard a word. I called the corporate office and have left several messages. Nobody has the courtesy to return my phone calls. Worst customer service. If there was an option I would give them a zero star rating. read more

At first I loved this place. It was so convenient and i was impressed by the wonderful customer service. In the last few weeks I have been more and more disappointed. They have randomly been closed during the day and recently I have seen really bad swirl marks and scratches on my car after a wash. This is the BEST car wash anywhere around period. Ultra-Suwanee does a quality job of cleaning my car every single time. The brushes and high pressure hoses offer a thorough clean from front to back. The tire shine stays on the tires... not splattered across your car like other places. The vacuums are very strong and will pick up anything. There's simply not a car wash any better anywhere around! Now, the management and staff I don't even know where to begin. From the top, down the employees are amazing. The managers Keng and Luis are two of the best I've ever met. They are always extremely courteous and beyond friendly. Everyone is always ready to help and go the extra mile. Just a great group of people! I have a monthly "Manager's Special" membership for my wife and myself. It's definitely the best value around and I highly suggest it. The value of the monthly membership FAR outweighs the inexpensive cost. I promise, try this place once and you'll never use another car wash... it's just fantastic! read more

This car wash recently opened on Lawrenceville-Suwanee road close to I-85. This car wash is good for maintaining a clean vehicle. I purchased a 14.99 "always clean car club" membership. You can go everyday(every 24 hours) if you want to with the club membership. They also have a $ 24.99 package that adds wax treatment and tire shine to that. Self serve vaccums are available. I am not sure if they offer full service like most other car washes, but I think they do not since they are limited in their lot space. Note that their "basic wash" will not clean up a very dirty car. You would want to purchase a higher priced package to do that. Friendly staff..open till 7pm and sometimes later. This car wash is very nice and super convenient! It's a drive through wash that really does a great job. You pay at a pay station before you enter, and there are several different options depending on what you are looking for. There is one option for a monthly unlimited wash pass for only $15! There are also free vacuums for you to use once you've finished your wash. Tip: if you purchase one of the higher end washes, you'll get the option to print a coupon for a free wash (of a lesser value) within 5 days. It's fast, inexpensive, and does a great job! I had a bad service from a girl who is working at this awful store. The barcode sticker they provide is not working; so I had to wait for a helper everytime I went there. I requested to cancel my monthly membership at the store, but the young lady said I have to go to their website to cancle it. No more explain for it. Love this car wash! I have the monthly membership which is nice for unlimited washes. Most importantly the personnel is friendly and helpful. Ciara makes it a pleasure to come to this location (as does the other young lady who has worked there for a while). They are hard working employees with great attitudes that seem to love their job and I come here weekly and receive their warm welcome and sweet disposition ...thank you! Secondly, it took off one of my honda badges and when i asked them they offered to look for it but couldn't find it. After seeing their ad and previously getting my emissions tested at this location, I decided to go there again. After arriving, I was told this location didn't renew with the State of GA and is no longer performing emissions. I recommend Ultra update their website and stop sending out ads promoting services that no longer exist. Additionally, I've tried multiple times to call the Pike St. location and determine if they have emissions testing but no one answers the phone. To be balanced, I've always had a great experience with their car wash services, but these last few interactions have been frustrating to say the least. read more

I went through the car wash last night, and came out with a huge scratch (~24 inches) on the hood of my brand new SUV. On top of the scratch, I've noticed every time I wipe down my car to dry it off, there is still soap on it. I paid for the unlimited car washes because I wanted my new car to look pristine, but now I'm taking my business elsewhere. Especially after I just called, and they said they aren't responsible for any damages. read more

I take care of several cars and emissions in my family and extended family. I have been using Ultra Car Wash for about 10 years, primarily on Pike St in Lawrenceville. Their staff was always courteous with the emissions testing and their wash was excellent except for the wheels and tire shine. However, I have used the new Ultra Car Wash in Suwanee for most of the last year. I was at the Walmart below the Suwanee location a few months ago and approached by a young lady who advised her car was damaged (big gash and dent across the top) and the car in front of her had broken windshield due to an equipment problem. The next time I went through I noted a disabled and strapped down piece of equipment no longer be used in the wash. Two of the vehicles I take care of were emissions tested in January. I received two codes for the washes that go with the emissions testing. These codes nor my receipt had any expiration date. In April I returned to get two more vehicles emission tested. I got two more free wash codes that expired in 6 weeks. Those two codes I used prior to the ones I got in January due to the soon expiration date and the remaining one code I had in January I kept because it had no expiration date. Last week I paid for a wash and when I got half way down the tunnel, the conveyor stopped and the brushes on the right side continue to beat and spin on my vehicle. I blew my horn and about two minutes later the conveyor continued with my vehicle having dried soap and no rinse. About 2/3 of the way through the conveyor stopped again and again I blew my horn and it took at least two more minutes for the conveyor to continue. I HAD to ask for a rewash and an upgrade due to the previous issues as no attendant approached to explain or apologize. The attendant refused to give me an upgrade. I advised him of the problems and possible damage the brushes could do concentrated on dry paint for so long and he was not concerned nor would he acknowledge what I asked and advised and would issue an upgrade. Later, that day, my wife, unbeknownst to me and my previous problems took her car with the January code that had no expiration date for the free was she was owed. The attendant and manager both would not honor the code. The manager said we should have been advised in January the code would expire. In January, there was no policy on codes expiring to my knowledge and I was neither advised verbally or on the receipt that there was an expiration date. The manager at the Suwanee Ultra Car Wash has demonstrated through lack of caring nor honoring the code that he no longer wants my business so I did not personally speak with him after my wife's experience...he had ample opportunity to do what is right then and did not. I pass other car washes at least a 10-12 times a week including the one on Pike St that I pass 6-8 times weekly. I may consider giving the Pike St location my business again, but am leery of the lack of customer respect and mechanical problems the Suwanee location has. I gave a two-star rating based on the Pike St experience averaged in with the Suwanee experience. However, from reviewing these reviews you have to go to another page of reviews to see the negative ones have been removed and/or moved off the main review page. Too bad the Suwanee manager and staff does not understand a little good will and doing what is right goes a long way in keeping and attracting business. read more

Did not clean my new SUV very well. Wheels were still filthy and back lift gate was still dirty. Vehicle came out very wet and I had to wipe entire vehicle down with towels! Not worth the effort. read more

I have been going here for a while and the management has rolled over several times. As a result the business is poorly run and the equipment is deteriorating. If your car is white the black tire stuff flies all up on the body of your car. They are very pushy about signing you up for a monthly membership. They wanted to put their barcode sticker on the OUTSIDE of my sunroof on my Mercedes SUv. Ridiculous. There are better washes in the area with better equipment t, better management and better customer service. If you have a high end car, this is not the car wash for you. read more

Been stopping in here about once a month for a year or so now. Quality is less each time. This last time was really bad...no tire shine or "wheel bright" that was in the wash package. So I went to this car wash today and it is not the first time I have gone and up until now I have been generally satisfied. However on this trip, the young man who was putting the plastic on my rear wiper seemed to be having trouble. It resulted in him breaking the rubber portion of my wiper. After the car wash was completed, I pulled into the vacuum area. I stopped a different young man and asked him about my wiper and what they could do (I have to honestly say that I wanted it replaced because when the young man broke it off he turned to another young man and laughed about it) about it. He asked if I wanted to speak with a manager and of course I did. I proceeded to vacuum the car, waiting, manager never showed up. So I went inside. No one was in the 'office'. I spoke with young man who prepped the cars, he said he didn't know where manager was, suggested he could put it back on with.....glue! I went to the back and banged on the 'employees only' door, even younger man answered, said he was the manager (really), so went through the story again, he said that there was nothing he could do. I explained at minimum, they could reimburse me the cost of replacing the wiper. He said he did not have the authority. But you're the manager, right?! Basically, the real manager fled, left 16 year old in charge and won't replace my wiper! Don't ever go there if you value your car! read more

I used this wash about a week ago now and it destroyed my decals (manufacture installed). One of the managers was helping me. He checked the video and it was obviously fine before hand. He was getting me to fill out an incident form just to see if he could have anything done. I didn't expect much but it was the thought that counted. Another manager (i believe his name was luis)came out from the back while he showed me the video told me no we don't have to do anything for you your car is to old it's all on you. I definitely won't return. I only give two stars because of the guy who helped me at first. I think I will stick to autobell. read more

When this car wash first opened it was great. I have visited often and even had them fix my headlight covers. The past few times I went through my car has not been clean. I bought the $9 wash and I'm not asking for a spit shine, just clean. You can see where the brushes rotated on the back leaving a lot of dirt. No where does it read(or would they tell you till after the fact) that the $9 wash 'doesn't clean there'. Even when I got the 'volcano' wash it wasn't really clean. I won't be going back, and when I expressed my concerns, the first guy didn't care if I came back or not. Only when I went to ask when the manager would be there, did a 2nd employee offer to rewash my car. I wouldn't want to use up their soap, so I said no thanks, I'll find another car wash. read more

Don't go to this car wash unless you want soap left on your car. Paid $20 and a lot of soap was left on the car. Asked the attendant to run it through again to rinse it and he said use a towel. This is the second time this has happened. I wrote a complaint to their website so will see what happens. It's too bad local small businesses don't know how to handle good customer service. read more

After a trip to Florida wanted to wash the bugs and grime off my truck. also wanted to check out the location for possibly joining the unlimited wash club. First I was overcharged for the RainX Wheel deal. Website showed $10 charged $12. (Website now shows $12.) When I got home and noticed specks all down both side of the truck. Excess tire shine. I drove about 12 miles and my truck needs washing again. Took it on Friday due to a busy weekend but will have it rewashed Monday... some where else. Their membership system does not recognize my monthly pass that I purchased at the Lawrenceville location. I have been told for several months now that they are going to upgrade the system but it hasn't happened. So each time I visit I have to wait for an attendant to greet me and then I tell them how much I pay per month so they can proceed to let me through. That defeats the purpose of the pass itself. Once I am let through, the attendant has to run into the office and enter the wash in the system before I go through. That whole thing is frustrating, but what is even more frustrating is at least 6 different times I was given the basic wash, not the the higher end wash that I pay for monthly so I have to drive back around and talk to them again and do the whole the process over to get what I pay for. I have been inconvenienced and disappointed too many times now. The last time this happened the attendant tried to tell me he gave me the "look your best option" but I pointed out there was no tire shine applied so he said he would send me back through. He ran into the office as I waited for the signal to enter the wash. When he came back out he handed me a receipt to "prove" that this time I was getting a better wash....he didn't offer an apology, he didn't even say a word, he just handed me the "proof" and walked away. I'm hoping this review leads to an improvement or else I am going to cancel my membership and find a better wash place to give my business to. read more
