At first, I couldn't tell why there were so many negative Yelp reviews, but quickly understood why. When I walked in, there were no other customers, yet I wasn't greeted.. which I mean is fine, not a big deal. I had a simple package drop-off that just needed to be scanned. Typically, I prefer staff to assist with scanning and printing a receipt just in case I mess something up on my end. However, despite the store being empty, the staff member looked at me and asked if I could do them a favor and scan the package myself and pointed at the self drop off. Unfortunately, that didn't sit well with me. I don't mind doing it myself, and thankfully, it wasn't difficult, but I didn't come in just to be automatically dismissed, and not really receive much assistance at all. When I left, there was no friendly good bye or anything as well. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, I will not be back. FedEx, I think you can do better.

I had a return item in a box and staff told me I would have to buy a box or envelope for the item that was in a box. I brought it to another ups store in lb and they took it with no issue. pics attached edit to add after store response * as you can see in pics I did follow amazons requirements and item was in a shipping box. The other ups store did not have any issues and took said item. I only wrote review because this has occured at your store multiple times and it seems like your store is just trying to make money bc everytime I go to another ups store they take item and dont say oh sorry you need to buy this so this appears to be a issue only with your location vs other ups stores. Just frustrating I have to drive to other UPS stores to do my returns vs yours. Wanted others to be prepared and warned that they may be told inaccurate info and pay for items(packaging) when not needed.

They are beyond extraordinary in every part of their process. I've had different orders printed through Laura and her team including : business cards, custom photos on canvas, a life-size custom print out for my birthday and most recently, (2) "welcome home" banners to welcome my newborn nephew home. The way that Apples &Oranges delivered my most recent order really impressed my family and I, and most importantly, my friend and her family (the person who the banners were printed for). My friend gave birth on a Monday and after I heard, I called Laura at 1:30PM to order a custom "Welcome Home Baby" banner to have an option for visitors to take a picture with instead of the baby (baby was born during the coronavirus). After calling Laura to discuss the order, a follow-up email was sent as a confirmation, then my order was finalized later that day to be ready by Wednesday. The next day (Tuesday), Laura called me at 2:30 PM (just 25 hours after my order was discussed) to let me know the banners were ready for pick-up!!! This is the fastest turn-around I've experienced for anything I've had printed that is this big and custom. The banners are very high quality - you can tell the material is durable so it can be hung outdoors and they look spectacular.
