Once I arrived, I met with Tom (Very personable, I might add) he gave me a very reasonable quote and within 30 minutes had removed my front seat and repaired the latch. I've been having my 2019 Tacoma for exactly 3 years. It's an SR5 so the original interior was a light grey cloth. Ultra trim gave me a great price to do the seats, door, dash, and center console. I honestly can't believe this place exist! Tom, his brother, and the installers run this place like a well oiled machine. His pricing WON'T be beat. I chose a cognac brown called amber and added diamond stitching, and let me just say it's incredible! Our new leather seats in our old but babied Lexus LX470 are beautiful and all three rows, including headrests, armrests and center console cover were installed in 1 day. I drove up from San Diego based on a recommendation and will do it again when any of our other cars need new seats. I reached out to Tom through Yelp and he was very quick to respond by phone and text. His quote was straight forward and sent via Yelp, and I was able to pay the deposit via PayPal. I chose a Roadwire custom leather seat cover. When it came to choosing a leather color, he helped me make a decision based on his experience and what the manufacturer recommended; there were so many colors to choose from. I also wanted to redo the door panels, but he told me that they didn't need to be replaced, and only needed dye and conditioner to spruce them up- that's an honest guy! Once the leather covers were ordered he kept in touch with me on the shipping date and delivery date and he reached out to set up an early morning appointment where they were able to complete the work all in one day so I wouldn't have to leave the car and then drive back up to pick it up. Seats are perfect in fit and quality, and I saved thousands over buying OEM seat covers. I can tell he and his team loves what they do. I am one happy customer!! Take it from my past experience that a trusted re-upholsterer is so important: A few years ago I took another of our cars to have new seat bottoms installed that I bought on eBay. That installer was inexpensive and close to my house, but he left a gash in my glove box when he removed the seats. A tough lesson learned. read more

I contacted them for a quote for repairiing the headliner on my restored 1979 Buick Park Avenue. Tom said it was outside their "service area."and that they do not service the older vehicles. I think Yelp should list these limitations. Users and collectors with "older vehicles" should not waste their time.here.. At least I am honest and also telling the truth. If your vehicle is older than 1980, take it elsewhere. This is according to Tom. They do not work on headliners on cars older than 1980.. read more

Upon receiving my car I notice that they not only fixed my headliner but vacuumed all the debris that had fallen off the headliner AND EVEN VACUUMED AND CLEANED MY ENTIRE CAR. I had been looking to get some leather seats for a while now since my nieces stained my seats. I was very lucky to run into Tom! I first contacted him by text messaging and he was very responsive. We set up to meet on a Saturday at around 10am. He was there on time. Showed me the available colors and provided some advice on what would look good with my 2014 Toyota Tundra Crewmax. Red is my color so I chose to go with the medium red and black wrap. Tom gave me a day to thinking about, which was a great idea because it was totally different from what I wanted first and glad I had that extra time to make up my mind on what style I wanted. By Tuesday, I arranged for him to pick up the seats early morning around 10am. By 4pm when I was getting home from work, my truck was ready! Honestly, it was better than what I expected. The katzkin leather feels great and it looks great. I haven't had one person point out one bad thing about it yet. Tom provides quality service that goes a long way.
