The work looks phenomenal which tells me that the people that work on it are hands-on individuals with so much talent and experience. Big thumbs up to the workers! The patience and attention to detail is beyond me. The personnel were well-trained to make the customer happy. All the way from scheduling the pick-up and drop-off of the couches, to selecting and ordering the materials. The guys are very organized! Also, communication-wise, the best! Really nice owner and son. Took my cushion to get a comfortable foam. Mine was so hard that your rear end would get numb!! My new cushion was like sitting on a cloud. Love it. The only issue is a bit too expensive. $245.00 per cushion. Way too expensive to replace the remainder 4 cushions. If you can afford it, I do Recommend 3 stars only because too expensive. read more

Let me start from the beginning! I bought a sofa bed from Pottery Barn years ago. The back cushions have been sagging, no matter how many times I fluffed them up daily. The Pottery Barn Consultant said they don't make my model anymore, but just fluff up the cushions. I looked up which company made the cushion inserts and they received a low 3 stars on Yelp. I was shocked that Pottery Barn would use such a low end company for their cushion inserts. Then, I started looking on Yelp for upholstery companies but they were at least over an hour away from where I live. I finally found one, Parker Upholstery less than 15-20 minutes away from me. What an amazing find! They were so helpful and informative. I took my back cushions there immediately and showed them the sagginess of them. Right away, the manager told me that they will be able to fix my cushions. Not only were the cushions' inserts done beautifully, but quicker than they were promised to be completed. They look brand new and guess what? They don't sag one bit!!! I'm so happy with their professionalism, work quality, timeliness, and going way and beyond to remedy the situation. The manager said if I needed less filling or more filling that they would do it. But, it was perfect! It's like I have a new sofa bed. I had a nearly 50-year-old reclining chair. It was beaten, badly wrinkled, and showing the worst kind of wear and tear. My husband repeatedly said, "Get rid of it." I visited his shop and chose one beautiful, off-white soft fabric from the millions of samples he showed me. The estimated cost was higher than I expected, but I liked his honesty, sincerity, confidence, and compassion. He came home to pick it up, and I said goodbye to our memory chair for a makeover. Bobby called me over a week later and said, ready to deliver back, "It's all done beautifully." So I went to his shop and paid half of the price. And here there was, "Oh My God!" I saw a brand new, entirely redone chair. It was incredibly gorgeous and magnificent, which made me speechless. All the professional handicraftsman workers at the shop even polished rusty chrome, like brand new. Speaking of attention in details. "Oh My God!". I asked them, "Have you purchased a brand new one from somewhere else?" They laughed. They delivered it back home, and Bobby helped me bring it upstairs. This is our second incredible experience w/ Parker Upholstery over the last two years. My wife and I really wanted a leather couch and once again after spending almost a year shopping for one that we wanted to love, we just couldn't agree on anything. We decided we would reach out to Parker Upholstery to have our linen sofa re-upholstered, but also we wanted to change the framing based to something we had envisioned. With out hesitation, Nile immediately started pulling out samples for us. I could tell he understood our vision because he pulled out samples that were perfect. Bobby (the owner) then began to discuss design with us... and thats when we knew, we were finally going to get the sofa of our dreams. After figuring out all of the details and deciding on the right leather, Bobby gave us a heads up that we were looking at a 10-12 week delivery. at first, It seemed long but to be honest, with getting exactly what we wanted, what was another 2 months?
