My husband and I came here to see our baby girl with my family. The nurse tech, Diana, was super sweet and was able to get great photos of her despite the baby hiding and being shy. The photos were a little distorted because she was close to the uterine wall but despite that we got some really good 3D/4D scans! I contribute it all to the techs amazing work because of their quality care and patience on getting it. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and arrived at 9:00 a.m as instructed, only to find the office locked and no one there. It's extremely unprofessional to schedule appointments and not have staff available or communicate any delays. I waited until 9:15 a.m before deciding to leave. I called multiple times and even left a voicemail, but no one returned my call. This was a huge waste of my time and very disappointing, especially since I was so excited to see my baby on the screen. So they are very flexible with their schedule, & can pretty much always get an appointment when needed. The prices are very fair for ultrasound scans & the staff is always nice. Had to get a rescan a few times cause my baby wasn't cooperating, but I'm pleased with the outcome & would recommend anyone to come. I didn't receive my emailed photos that I paid for, but when I called they apologized & sent them soon after so no harm there. Bianey is amazing! She is super friendly, patient and speaks Spanish. This place is great, if you need a re-scan they will give you a free re-scan to achieve better photos. The only downside is they need to upgrade their DVD recorder. I purchased the $75 package which includes a DVD recording of the ultrasound but my disc did not save and they tried many times to finalize/ save it and it did not work. Bianey did replay the recording so I could record it on my phone. I would still recommend this place but think twice about paying the $75 package if the DVD will not end not working. read more

I went here with my first baby and got the most incredible pictures of her and it was spot on, the staff was great and I had a great experience. Now I'm pregnant with my 2nd and we thought it would be fun for our 2 yo to see the new baby. Omg was she trying to hide. They offer two rescans if they don't get a good image. The first session she tried for almost 45 min. The second session she tried for about 50 min and in the last 10 min we got great pictures! I will never go somewhere else, they are absolutely fantastic and work very hard to get you a good view of your baby! The staff are all fantastic and I've had a great experience each time! Tip- if you're going for a baby ultrasound bring some juice just in case you need baby to wiggle haha read more

The equipment is a little outdated but long as your hydrated and far along you'll be able to see baby just fine . Clean facility and staff is always sooo nice they were actually able to see gender before my actual doctor's office appointment and got it correct which was nice . I'm pregnant with our first baby, and my doctor requested a second semester ultrasound at 18-22 weeks. She gave me the number of 3 places in-network with my high deductible PPO insurance but either the first available appointment was too far out (I'd already be past 22 weeks) or they were rude and disorganized. I thought there must be a better option, and I was tired for settling for subpar healthcare (the rude and disorganized ultrasound place). Someone else mentioned Ultrasound Services, and I looked them up. They were local to me in Santa Ana and had amazing reviews. They had availability for an appointment the same week. Diagnostic ultrasounds seem to be done specifically on Wed and Sat only because of when their registered ultrasound tech comes in. Cost: Although Ultrasound Services were out-of-network for my PPO insurance (can't use my insurance to pay for it), their cash price of $125 (use actual cash, no credit/debit) was even cheaper than what I would pay the other in-network facilities out-of-pocket (after insurance paid their part, I would pay either $150, $157, $180, depending on the facility)! The one con is that since Ultrasound Services not in-network, it didn't count towards my deductible, but I thought the great reviews, cheaper cost, early availability, and them allowing my husband in the room outweighed that, and I'm so glad I went! Allow 1 guest: They allowed one guest in as long as he had his mask on, and I wanted my husband to be able to share in the experience together, especially for the very first baby. In the time of Covid, all of the other ultrasound places as well as doctor offices didn't allow me to bring my husband (I could only video call him). This place finally allowed him to finally be part of the process. Comfortable and relaxing: Ultrasound Services had a much bigger room than any of the other places I had been in. The room was super comfortable and looked like a nice comfy living room with a chair and medical equipment next to it. They played relaxing spa music, displayed the ultrasounds on a larger TV monitor, and even warmed their gel before placing it on me to avoid the shock of cold gel on the stomach. Gender reveal in envelope: We requested getting the gender to be put in an envelope for a gender reveal later, and the ultrasound tech didn't mind at all. She explained that in the envelope would be photos with arrows to show and prove what the gender of the baby is, and that it's highly accurate at the 20 week mark with the newer machines and experienced technicians. So knowledgeable and friendly: The sonographer (ultrasound tech), Bay, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained what we were seeing on the monitor and answered all of our questions ranging from babies to ultrasounds to pregnancy. My husband and I are so happy that we went here! I would recommend it to anyone needing diagnostic ultrasounds for their first or second trimester of pregnancy. read more
