There was no sense of feeling rushed and she was extremely patient with us. Even when our daughter was being shy and not giving us the best angles, Terri didn't rush us or settle for "ok photos", she had my wife try different laying down positions to try and get the best angles. Came here when I was 31 weeks the first time but unfortunately baby boy decided to sleep the entire time so the staff was nice to let us come back the next week at 32 weeks. He was finally awake and we were able to see him so clear for the first time. We enjoyed the live video of baby boy yawning, opening his eyes, smiling and his foot and hand on his face! Today was my third visit to this place, and by far, it has been the most welcoming and supportive experience each and every time! I came today for a peace of mind visit, I'm 11 weeks and 4 days, and yesterday I had dropped my husband off at the airport to be away for a couple months with the marines..last time I said goodbye to him was for a deployment and unfortunately I had lost my last and first pregnancy just two weeks later...so I was FILLED with anxiety about being alone and pregnant again. The staff member that helped me was incredibly kind and genuinely gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. The room they bring you in is very comfortable, gives more bedroom at home vibes than hospital visit vibes lol. The gel is also always warmed so no surprise chill but overall, my husband and I both adore this establishment and we have driven about an hour each time to specifically go to them because they have been so wonderful. Ashley did a phenomenal job gathering images and video of my precious growing boy. We are so thankful for her ability to do what she does and for our boys cooperation to bear it all. My toddler was not thrilled about the viewing but my mother and husband were very excited to be able to see what I've been brewing we got to see smiles and full feet and cheeks and long legs and clear confirmation of the gender lol. He already looks exactly like his father and the photos were so clear. I was so fortunate to have found Before the Stork 4D when I was pregnant! They were so accommodating and professional. This is our first baby but because of Covid-19, my parents in law couldn't fly from Vietnam to the US to see their first grandchild. My husband and I wanted to have some 3D photos and a recording video to send to them. I shopped around for 3 places and decided on "Before the Stork 4D" because they offer the best value package. At first, I looked at their website but the info wasn't updated. So they don't have the CD option anymore. Instead, they give you the pictures with the recording video on a USB which is way better quality and more convinient than a CD. This is one of the reasons why I pick this place over the other. The only thing is you have to call them to get the updated info on the package pricing and what included. They do per appointment during the Covid time so it makes me feel a lot more at ease and they allow the family member to join. When we arrived at the office, there was no waiting at all and we were greeted by Tanya right away. She is so warm and welcoming!!! I've heard the baby might move around and you might have to come back next time. However, Tanya skillfully located the babyface and we were able to take some of the precious pictures. She patiently scanned and take the best picture for us. We also captured our baby's yawn on the video and that me so happy. So far I would recommend this place to my friends and other people. Wow... what an experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Terri was excellent and so skilled. I shared w Terri who did my ultra sound my upsetting experience I had w my first OBGYN at UCI about 10 days prior. UCI could not find my baby or the heart beat also told me I was less than 7 weeks when clearly I am not also I provided 2 proofs of pregnancies from other places. Terri was so empathetic and validating to my experience w my doctor and how they moved me to a high risk doctor. That being said let me share my experience w Terri. She was warm and welcoming from the beginning I walked in the door w my best friend and her daughter who in fact also did their ultra sound 13 years prior! The place was very easy to find on the second floor. Parking is easy and plentiful. The inside walking in is open, welcoming, cozy... very large place. She greeted me w the warmest smile and kindest eyes. I was at ease right away. She was everything I didn't know I needed given my heart breaking doctor appointment I shared about earlier. Easy paperwork... I picked the cuddle me package since I was 14 weeks and 3 days. I did this for the heart beat toy since I have yet been able to hear it. I also enjoyed the idea of finding out the gender but the heart beat stuff toy was the seller for me in the cuddle me package. In the email prior to the appointment it was said to not eat 2 hours prior and bring orange juice that's cold! Great advice because the baby was moving!!!! We went into the room to do the appointment and wow how warm and welcoming it was. A big couch, a cozy type of bed (not like at the doctors) it felt like home if that sounds crazy? The room was huge and the tv again not like the doctors at all. She found the baby right away again not like my ob! She pointed out the ribs, the right hand, eye sockets, head, all the body parts, sex, heart beat, also measured the heart beat. Again I can't stress she was everything I needed for comfort and validation because I haven't seen movement! Terri is so smart and thorough. I can't wait to come back for the larger package at 28-29 weeks. I will share that experience as well!!! I found this business on Google. I picked it being close to home and also the great reviews. It was just fate and so perfect. I picked the Dino for my heart beat toy and I couldn't be happier. Terri if you're reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. The office has amazing staff. We've been 3 times and each time the women we've interacted with have been amazing. We found Before the Stork 4D when we were searching for the early Sneek Peek DNA test, which we did and they turned around the results quickly. It accurately predicted a boy! On our first visit we saw the different packages they had available and we decided on the second to last package since that included a heart beat animal that we gifted to our moms for Mother's Day. Unlike other offices we saw, they had a wide variety of cute animals to choose from! We purchased an extra animal so each grandmother could have one. We decided on the cutest little octopuses, and they were a hit. Since it was too early for us to have the 3D ultrasound when we came to get the heartbeat recorded, they told us we could schedule another visit to have 3D images done. I wish I could remember the name of the tech who helped us at this appointment because she was the sweetest. Even though we weren't due for images, she took extra time to give us some images! Today, I had my official 3D image appointment (since I'm 28 weeks) and they allowed for my family members to tag along which was very meaningful to my parents. The room was comfortable for them to sit and the bed I laid on was even more comfortable. Our tech was Jenn and, like the last tech, she was extremely sweet! She really spent the time with us to make sure we saw as much of our baby's face as we could and we got some great pictures out of it. I can't thank the staff here enough for my experience. My husband was on the fence on spending extra money to see our baby as I guess technically it's a luxury and we like to save where we can especially with baby due to arrive in June . But my husband and I both loved it so much we booked 4 more visits after the first. The people here are so friendly and they walk you through what you are seeing . Please come here too because some places charge for a lot less in terms of how much time you can see your baby. I know one place was charging $50 and you can only see your baby for 5 minutes maybe 10 and that is just way short . You get 20 minutes minimum and you see a lot (depending on if you have good clear fluids and your baby doesn't hide or have a cord right in front of them hahah ) 10 out of 10 recommendation read more
