The lobby is clean and roomy with a pleasant atmosphere. I felt relaxed. Edward the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, gave me a clipboard with paperwork that needed final signatures by me. The Xray technician Laura was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I did need my x-ray results sent to my primary physician as well as the specialist ordering the test and Edward assured my that it would be done. I'm very happy with my experience here and I do recommend this Imaging Center for diagnostic xrays.

It's worth the drive to me, because the roads are relaxing to this destination, sleepy green filled hills. The booking is easy, although they can get busy pretty quickly. The MRIs have always been a breeze with the technician she is so sweet. Tries her best to make it comfortable and quick. Of course the noises from the machine are awful, but given under the circumstances this place gets the job done! Even though I always pay some sort of fee, and have insurance, a bill always comes later in the mail. Gone now 3 times I just expect it. So hopefully if you go here you have insurance policy to help you out or it can be pricey.

It's now a group of women, and I didn't feel very welcomed coming in. My ultrasound was extremely quick and my bladder was super full and she was going to let me empty it a bit but then she just continued. My photo of my ultrasound was mostly my bladder, with no arrow pointing at baby. I announced my pregnancy with a mostly bladder shot ultrasound which was embarrassing. I won't be coming back which makes me very sad to say. I feel it was a waste of money and gas driving 30 mins for such a mediocre picture.. :(

She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Melissa took her time showing us our baby's movements, pointing out details, and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We left with so many beautiful pictures and even received a full video of the entire session emailed to us afterward. They were so quick to make an appointment with and had plenty of availability! Once we got there the girl who did our ultrasound was great! She showed us our baby and even gave us some I believe 3D previews even though I only went in for the 2D! It was so fun to see our baby in 3D and she said in a couple more weeks he will be even more defined! We enjoyed going in with our toddler and the experience. That women was the most careless, condescending, rude and overall unprofessional individual I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I lost faith in this practice to the point that I could not stomach the idea of this facility performing my biopsy and moved care completely at my own expense to City Of Hope. THANK GOD I DID. I consider that decision life saving. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
