Unfortunately The owner Demi decided to do whatever she wants with my eyebrows and cut my entire end off on one of my brows. I left the shop in TEARS and it's been 30 minutes later and I am honestly still in tears. I feel like this was international there so no way she did this and didn't notice. I told her I wanted my arch more defined and she couldn't even do that--I have thick eyebrows so it's no excuses. She didn't even TRY TO APOLOGIZE! Or make it right! She took no type of accountability and tried to say it's because "I wanted it more arched" The arch has NOTHING to do with the end of my eyebrows. Now I will be spending the rest of my day upset and will be putting oil on my eyebrows. UNPROFESSIONAL

They do have about four chairs so there's space for more business for sure. I did a combo of wax and thread. The lady pretty much dove right in but listened to my quick preferences. She gave me an arched style while keeping my brows thick per my request. Now I have a place to stop on my way home from work every couple weeks and I don't feel guilty for my self care considering the very affordable price. You can even specify a hairstylist should you have a preference. Someone from the salon called to check in and ensure I had the best experience by asking a few basic questions about what I wanted for a cut. I was really impressed by the thoroughness in follow-up. When I got to the salon, check in was quick, the front desk kindly asked to hang up my coat, and there was no wait time (despite arriving slightly early for my appointment). You could also request a refreshment, and they have one of the most extensive coffee menus I've ever seen! The wash, cut, and styling were all done seamlessly, with my stylist periodically asking clarifying questions along the way. I paid at the door, and inquired when I should be back. Another staff member knowledgeably mentions about 6-8 weeks to maintain the shape of the cut. Everyone was so warm and kind. Not to mention, there's great parking in the front and in the alley.
