When I began looking for a photo booth-I was honestly overwhelmed with the amount that are out here. And they all sound pretty good. In addition to the Yelp automatic search I was prompted to utilize-I also had looked through another company. I had about 20 companies interested in the job. To cut to the chase- Umbra was the most professional, persistent and interested in my party. I hired them-and every step of the way, from bidding the job, offering options, invoicing, photo design and selections offered, left me feeling completely comfortable and confident in them. They took our logo and added a space background to the pictures and it couldn't be more perfect. This opportunity came across my path and I told them what I needed and they were able to help out THE NEXT DAY! I know most events need to be scheduled but they just happened to have a slot open. They photo strips look amazing and matched exactly with the theme we needed for the shower. They showed up on time and helped people get involved with taking pictures. The quality of the photos were GREAT! Not like some of these mall photo booth or mom and pop shop cameras, looked like complete HD quality. They set up and we're ready on time and even were able to have everything cleaned up very quickly so we wouldn't be charged additional fees from the selected venue. We hired Umbra Photobooth for our wedding in August and they were so easy to work with. They answered all my questions quickly and was the best deal we found in our area. They also use a canon camera which we wanted to make sure the quality of the pictures came out good. Everyone had such a great time taking pictures. They also provided a GIF option which was also pretty cool for our guests to have except it didn't work when they emailed it to their phones. The GIfS were delayed and I had to email their gifs at a later time. We also didn't get to take a picture as husband and wife because we were too busy running around and tending to our guest that we didn't even know they left. One suggestion I do have is to make sure the attendant doesn't leave without bride and groom taking a pic or atleast let them know you are leaving so the bride and groom can take a picture. Awesome photo booth matched by awesome customer service. We used their drape enclosed green screen booth for a party of 150+. The enclosed booth added a sense of privacy to the booth we thought was really fun. Eva at Umbra helped us with the photo template, found great green-screen backgrounds and was super responsive throughout. Their props were fun, too.
