After making our selection for all you can eat, no further explanation came... just order. (I had questions.... how does this work? Is it buffet? Or does the food come to me? What?) Finally, the food came out in multiple small plates. We ate and enjoyed the food, but it took about 15 minutes for someone to return to take our next order. The hibachi & teriyaki meats were super good and I like that it's smaller portions that way you can have a little bit of everything. The rice just comes with meat of choice, egg, and onion (no peas/carrots) & the noodles were great too. The sashimi slices were thicccc and each plate had cute garnishes. I chose to eat from the a la cart menu. My husband ate from the all-you-can-eat menu. I had clear soup and vegetable fried rice. My serving sizes were perfect. My husband's portion sizes were much smaller, which would have been fine, except it was taking out server a while to get back to us so minutes would go by before my husband was able to order his next dishes. This place is awesome. I went with some friends and we did the all you can eat deal. The best way to order is in phases so to not waste food. We order the seafood soups which were very good. We order the seaweed salad, cucumber salad, crab puffs, fried squid, fried fish, and fried dumplings which was very good. We then order all the appetizers except for the poke bowl which was good. We order up on the sashimi which was tuna, salmon, smoked salmon, eel, yellowtail, white tuna, shrimp, baked tofu, and egg. We order more rounds of sashimi and enjoyed it. All of the sashimi was very good. We order the steak, shrimp, and vegetable hibachi which was very good. Lastly we ordered desserts of the strawberry ice cream, red bean ice cream, fried Oreos, fried bananas, fried cheesecakes and shared them which was very good. We didn't order any rolls because we wanted sashimi mostly and rice rolls just fills you up too quickly. We were very mindful not to over order by knowing how much was on on the plate so since it was just 4 of us and if a plate had 2 things on it, we we only order 2 of them to cover us. The place was clean with pretty umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. We went on a Saturday for lunch early to beat the crowd and to not have to wait on food. I burned my tongue on the jalapeno popper because it was temp hot from the hot oil, otherwise, very tasty. I started with everything spicy and nothing was all that hot to me. The Split volcano was especially good so I ordered it twice ! The lobster Chalaca was also very good, but I didn't think putting away 2 of them was a good idea at the time.
