Excellent service from the moment stepping into this establishment. This was our 1st visit and we enjoyed the atmosphere, our very friendly and attentive server, and of course all the delicious food. We picked the all you can eat menu and had fun ordering items throughout our dinning experience, giving us a relaxing experience. The food runners are polite and quick to take away empty plates, to keep our table clean and clutter free...thank you! We thought everything was fresh and delicious. Next time, we will come and enjoy the happy hour specials.

I love this place! My fiancé and I come here for basically every birthday, anniversary, or celebration dinner. Always quality service & good tasting food

This is, by far, the worst sushi I've ever had. I've eaten at a dozen + sushi restaurants in Florida (finally finding my one go-to), so maybe that's why I find this sushi insulting. Where's the fish? It's all some sort of fish salad. Even the cucumbers aren't chunks, but tiny slices (which makes it super watery btw). I've NEVER had a bad rainbow roll (it's so basic; how do you mess that up?) - til now. The "spicy tuna" roll had no spices on it. I looked. And, it smelled bad. Not fresh at all. I couldn't finish my meal. I've tried two other ones in Memphis area so far: Takashi Bistro and Red Koi. Try Red Koi. It's the best I've found so far. This stuff is cheap, bad sushi for $20. But I spent $70!

My husband and I have been waiting to try this new Japanese restaurant since it opened. We were drown to the variety of foods that you could secure at relatively cheap price point. We went to dinner which is $30 per person. I started with miso soup and the shaggy dog rolls, which were similar to California rolls. Both were tasty. On the other hand, the hibachi rice was just OK. My husband also got a few different rolls and rice, all of which he really enjoyed. We skipped dessert, but that was an option on the menu. We went on a Thursday evening, which is a slow night. It seems, but our food came out relatively quickly, except for my husband's last order which never came. We waited for about 20 minutes and then they said something was wrong with the original and they were remaking it so we waited another 15 minutes and then we decided to just go. The house was fine and the service was also fine. The drinks were not the best. However, the bartender did recommend a cold sake that had a milky texture. It was fantastic (though overpriced). The ambience is nice, especially for a quick date night during the week. I did see a couple people as well who brought children, so it seems to be family, friendly as well. I hope to go again and be able to update this review with more glowing feedback. It has potential.

AYCE sushi has officially landed in Cordova, and it delivers. For around $30, you get an impressive spread--from fresh sashimi and hibachi to creative specialty rolls that keep the orders coming. The crab puffs are a must-try: perfectly crispy on the outside with a rich, creamy center packed with cream cheese and crab meat, easily some of the best we've had. The Yellowtail on Fire was another standout with bold flavor. With this much variety at this price, you honestly can't beat it. We'll definitely be back.

Saturday afternoon before dinner hour, 4pm. The food is made fresh and you can taste the difference. Fried rice with steak is good. Sushi rolls are made different but very fresh. The avocado piece were larger in size than in other sushi rolls. Arnold Palmer is good. Eggrolls a bit underwhelming but good. Service is great, food continues to come out hot and fresh. Price point is good too for all you can eat at $30 which includes hibatchi itema as well.

If you're open to a buffet-style situation, then this will be a fine experience for you. You order what you want throughout the meal with the idea that you shouldn't be wasteful and order more than you will eat. The service is great -- very attentive and helpful with recommendations. The more traditional rolls and sashimi were great. Some of the specialty rolls were also solid but others were a bit over the top for me.

What a fun concept! All you can eat, made to order (as in not a buffet). Small bites so you can try many things on the menu. Tons of options - soup, salads, appetizers, main courses, sushi, dessert. We ate a lot more, but have a sampling in our photos! Everything was delicious. I will say the broccoli tempura and the spring rolls were a bit soft/squishy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our meal. $29 for all you can eat is also delicious lol! Our server was on top of it, absolutely incredible. The decor is fun! We will definitely return!

Food was amazing, along with the service!!! When come back to Memphis, I will definitely be back.

We decided to give the new all you can eat restaurant a try as our daughter was in town for college and loves sushi. The restaurant is super clean and nice inside and had an excellent vibe. Our server Chris L. Was brand new, but super friendly and helpful. Our daughter got the all you can eat buffet which is $28.95. Make sure you come hungry so that you can take full advantage of all the restaurant has to offer. My husband and I ate off the regular menu and were very pleased as well. The fried rice had a great flavor and the gyoza was crispy but still really good. All the rolls that we tried were of great quality as well. We will definitely be back again. Not sure How many times we could do the all you can eat, but the a la cart pricing is comparable to other Japanese restaurants in the area. Give them a shot if you are in the area.

The all you can eat was definitely great! Food being made to order! Shrimp tempura were amazing along with the egg roll! Our server Ayu was phenomenal. Nice location by the wolfchase mall! The music was a vibe!

I came here with my in laws to celebrate. There are lots of things to pick from on the dinner menu. I liked the cucumber salad, hibachi chicken and steak, and fried rice. But not enough that I would want to come back. It was just ok to me.

The service is really good for a place like this. The quality of food for an all-you-can-eat place is way above par.

A bit of a head-scratcher with their closing times…read more.. I walked in at 2:00 PM on a weekday, expecting to get a quick lunch since their posted hours say they are open until 2:30 PM. Apparently, that is not quite how it works here. The hostess explained that the posted hours are "off" and laid out a pretty confusing timeline of how they actually operate: At 2:00 PM: Dining inside officially ends, because the servers stop working. Until 2:15 PM: You can still place a to-go order because the kitchen is technically open. At 2:30 PM: The restaurant actually closes. So, if you arrive at 2:00 PM, you are strictly limited to takeout. It is a bit frustrating to be turned away from dining in a full half-hour before the scheduled closing time just because the staff is already winding down. If the dining room closes at 2:00 PM, it would be a lot easier for everyone if they just updated their posted hours to reflect that.

The crawfish dumplings were also solid, but the wings were the standout of the meal. We also tried the Bake MF Margarita, which I expected to taste like tea, but it's actually a refreshing peach-flavored margarita. At about $22, it's generously sized for two people and definitely worth trying. Our server, Mason, was very nice and made great selections for us. Overall, I'm giving Good Fortune Company (4/5). Our waitress, Grace quickly became like family with her outgoing personality, attention to detail and knowledge of all the local foodie places to hit up with honest reviews of each. We chatted like we were old friends and she was patient with a few meal adjustments even complimenting some choices saying the chef is going to be so excited to see you ordering filet correctly! (In case you're wondering, always med rare - never well done!) The food was great, the ambience cozy and the service was out of this world! We asked Grace why no one was in? She told us they are one of downtown Memphis best kept secrets but that the chef caters some pretty big local entities. Well, Memphis and those traveling thru, it's high time you know about this place! Extensive menu with sushi choices, hibachi, as well as other options for those seeking options. I also tried the spicy tuna roll, and while it's great that it came out at lightning speed, it did not look like it was freshly made. I did ask for extra ginger and the waitress really delivered, she brought a whole mini bowl extra, my favorite, I lastly tried onion tempura (great deal at less than $2). The first piece I tried was crunchy, hot, delicious. The remaining pieces were end/top of the onion and it looked like it still had dirt at the top. It turned me off to finishing the rest. Mixed feelings about this experience overall, probably won't return.
