    Buccaneer roll

Red Koi is my go-to sushi spot! I always get the hibachi and a fried roll--this time I had the Buccaneer Roll, and it hit the spot. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and prices are pretty reasonable for the quality. Service is quick and professional, and the atmosphere is super chill--perfect for a casual dinner or lunch. Highly recommend if you're craving sushi or hibachi(with extra garlic butter and yum yum sauce) !

THE BEST SUSHI in Memphis! Hands down!!! We had some Cordova rolls, spicy crab tempura, shrimp hibachi, steak hibachi, Naruto roll, green tea ice cream and fried ice cream, and they were ALL DELICIOUS!!! The service was TOP NOTCH! First class. They treated everyone like a MVP. Very knowledgeable server. The ambiance was PERFECT for family or simply a date night! If you're around Memphis area, it's really worth to check them out at one of their locations! You got exactly what you've expected to get when you walked in.

Upon arrival we were given free spring rolls as an appetizer, one per person. This was at all the tables so it seems like it is something they do daily it wasn't just us being special HA! We ordered a side of fried rice, a monster roll and a Tennessee roll. Everything was delicious and portion sizes were large! It was a little warm inside the restaurant.

We enjoy stopping at this location whenever we are in Arlington. We prefer their fried rice and sushi options are great. The team is always attentive and constantly checking on us. This place can be noisy just because we tend to come around the dinner rush. Their seating is very open and you can easily hear the person next to you speaking. Because their service is always fast we never spend more than 35 minutes there. We will definitely return.

Red Koi is my favorite local sushi spot. The sushi is the best in town and their lunch deals can't be beat. Service is always good, too.

    Dynamite roll! Wow that's huge!

What a great find ! Fresh sushi and fast service. I was very pleasantly impressed with the quality of the food and the quality of the service. I had a friendly and happy waitress who was attentive and fast. I had one plate of sushi on this trip and it was a plate full of sushi! One Dynamite Roll was a great portion even if the cut and roll were slightly too big for a mouthful. Generous portions of toppings and dressing made this a delicious meal! Busy location with lots of booths and a full service bar at one end. Good ambiance and quiet for couples or groups. Tables and booths available for 1 to 8 or more. Great experience. Will return!

Red koi has always been my go to sushi. Lots of different sushi to choose from. But I usually stick to the rolls Royce roll, salmon skin roll, TN roll. Their udon soup is good, as well as their hibachi. Decently priced as well. Their tuna nachos is delicious! Will definitely recommend. Staff is nice and attentive . Nothing to really complain about.

Being from California, I'm a sushi snob and the only place I eat sushi at is Red Koi! The service is great, the sushi is tasty and fresh, and you get a complimentary vegetable roll with your order. If you eat sushi, this is the ONLY place you should go to!

They brought out salsa and chips to start off. I ordered dumpling and they were delicious. I also had the combo hibachi. It came with the regular soup and salad. The steak was so delicious. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The rice was really fresh as well. So, I can say that my food experience and service was very pleasent. Let me not forget to add that I ordered blueberry sake. It was good. The margarita was good as well! I will definitely go back!

I had been wanting to try this place for a while because I always noticed the big Sake vs. Tequila…read moresign from the main road. It's located where Bonefish Grill used to be. When you walk in, you're immediately at the waiting area, which I could see becoming pretty chaotic during busier times. They had Mexican music playing, which was a nice touch and helped set the atmosphere. We dined on a Friday around 3:30 p.m. and were seated right away. They also have a full bar area. The menu is huge--seven pages long! They offer everything from Mexican food and sushi to a variety of Asian dishes, plus a separate menu for alcoholic drinks. It definitely took us a few minutes to look through everything. Our waitress was pleasant, but I did feel a bit rushed. She came back several times asking if we were ready to order, even though we were still working our way through the extensive menu. We started with the chicken gyoza and a cocktail. I wish I had taken a picture of the drink because I can't remember the name, but I definitely remember how strong it was! The chicken gyoza was excellent--fresh, flavorful, and one of my favorite parts of the meal. I had originally considered ordering sushi but decided to go with the Mexican side of the menu instead. I ordered three street tacos with cilantro and onions and asked to add cheese. This is where things got a little confusing. I was told it would cost an extra $2.50 per taco if they put the cheese on top, but only 50 cents if they served the shredded cheese on the side. I couldn't understand why there was such a big price difference for the same cheese, so I opted to get it on the side. Unfortunately, the tacos were a little dry. I also tried my friend's consommé, and it was disappointing--it lacked the rich flavor I was expecting. Later, I asked for cucumbers, and our waitress initially said they didn't have any. Since they serve sushi, I figured they probably did. I ended up looking up the Spanish word for cucumber, and once I asked again, she understood and brought some out. I think there may have been a language barrier, which made communication a little difficult throughout the meal. Overall, while the Mexican dishes we tried were a bit hit or miss, the gyoza was excellent, and the menu has so many options that I'd be willing to come back and give the Asian side--especially the sushi--a try

We were greeted by the owner (or we assumed was the owner) who immediately sat us and took our drink order. We had our granddaughter with us who is a fairly picky eater (she prefers the standard child's fare - chicken nuggets, fries, Mac n cheese, ramen noodles, burgers, vegetables, etc.). When we realized the child's menu lacked any of these items, we asked the server if it was possible to order "chicken nuggets or tenders" or "vegetable yakisoba" and he was quick to say "absolutely", we can make her either Panko chicken nuggets or vegetable Yakisoba, which does she prefer?" She went with panko chicken nuggets and French fries and I've gotta say, Hubs and I both tried one and they were the best chicken nuggets we've ever had. Gdaught ate ever single on of them (and it a large serving) except the 2 Hubs and I stole from her plate. They also brought her a sauce, similar to Yum Yum sauce for dipping which she didn't care for but Hubs and I LOVED it and added a little to our sushi roll. We ordered the Dragon Roll and Steak YakiSoba Meal which comes with beef broth soup, salad with ginger dressing and fried rice. It was served piping hot (beef broth soup and yakisoba) and everything was delicious and sooooo plentiful. Husband and I shared the dragon roll and yakisoba meal shared and had enough yakisoba left over for Hub's lunch tomorrow. The whole dining experience was very nice and the total tab for all 3 of us with sodas, hot tea and tip came in right at $40 which is considerably less than we usually spend in a Sunday afternoon meal. The only thing that I noticed was that they do not serve red wine which will keep us from coming back for and evening dinner because, well, I like a glass of wine with my dinner and that's just the way it is. (They do serve bottled beer for those that might enjoy a beer with dinner). Other than that, this was a great place to eat our Sunday after church lunch and we will be back next Sunday for sure! As long as we can walk in, no wait (or at least a minimum wait of less then 30 minutes) and be served excellent food, this place will definitely stay on our rotation.
