Also they will not allow any online purchases to go through and you end up having to call customer service for pretty much everything. The people are incredibly rude and incompetent both in person and on the phone. I've had them accidentally over draw my account for a mistake on their end and then freeze my account for weeks on end while they figure it out. There was another issue where I could not pay my rent with my account without calling and explaining the situation every single month. I could probably post my card on the internet and it wouldn't even be an issue because I guarantee someone would pretty much be unable to use this card.

Where I live, the closest U.S. Bank branch is 1.5 hours away, and I was looking for a credit union that is located in my hometown (Folsom/EDH), as well as where I currently live. Golden 1 seemed like the best option. I made an appointment at the El Dorado Hills Town Center branch for this afternoon, but somehow, my clumsy self canceled the appointment. I still walked in, and asked if anyone had time to help open a checking and savings account, thinking they would say I'd have to reschedule. They were happy to help, and took the time to help me open them! Mark was awesome, and explained things thoroughly, and was quick, too! This bank used to be good, but they have fallen. I had $307 dollars taken out of my bank account…read morefor a smoke shop. I have never walked into a smoke shop before. After they reviewed it, they said that the card I have in my hand was present at the smoke shop and so I owe the money. I have been with them for over 8 years with a balance over $10,000 at all times. If your card is ever stolen, don't expect to get your money back.
