The staff seemed very inattentive and lacked any sense of urgency. Unfortunately, this isn't just a one-time experience--during all of my visits, the service has been consistently slow and sluggish. It often feels like there is very little concern for customers' time or for providing efficient service. Wells Fargo really needs to improve its customer service, staffing, and overall sense of urgency. Waiting unnecessarily while employees are available but not assisting customers is unacceptable.
