Gracie slipped and fell attempting to jump into our new car and was traumatized, refusing to try getting in again. I don't have enough good words to describe how Jose has changed my life and my relationship with my dogs. One of my dogs has a record with animal control and walking both of them, let alone one of them had become impossible. If they could see a dog a mile away, all hell would break loose. My pitbull Maddie is a solid 75 pounds of muscle and my cattle dog is 35 pounds of certifiable crazy. Jose , listened to my goals that we set on the very first day and tailed our program to meet those goals. He took wonderful care of the girls, who both have both high maintenance medication and personalities and kept them comfortable while training in 100+ degree heat. The end product he delivered was two dogs I could comfortably walk together, dogs I can individually run with, and two dogs whose obedience skills have allowed me to implement structure and guidance into our everyday life. His training has allowed me to build a better relationship with my dogs and be a leader for them. The girls aren't perfect but the foundation he laid is priceless. Jose has also been extremely helpful with the transition home and always able to answer any questions I have as they come up. Jose is phenomenal! His passion for training shows in his work. We first dropped our German pointer off for the 3 week board and train program with the hopes of being able to walk him on a leash. He was wild, pulled us around like crazy and basically ran the house. After three weeks I was able to walk him alone something I was never able to do before. He listened to commands and was overall a much better listener. We've now gotten so many compliments on his behavior when we're out in public now.
