It was a huge blessing, considering we wouldn't be able to drive down for one before our wedding. In general, we were reluctant to leave our two pups, Milo and Enzo, at a boarding facility for the first time because we have never left them in another person's care who wasn't a relative. But we are so glad we did and that we had a wonderful experience! Naomi took great care of them for 4 days. She was very responsive, professional, understanding, and most importantly, kind. She gave them all the attention, love and care they seek and need. We were impressed with her clean facility and were relieved that she was able to separate the two dogs during meal time as requested. She was easy to work with when it came to the dogs' specific schedule and instructions, and she was very open and flexible to our needs when it came to pick-up and drop-off. We trusted her so much that we even extended their stay by one day! She was fantastic and we are so glad we know who to go to again for future dog boarding needs.

When we picked her up, her eye was severely swollen shut -- clearly far worse than what we were told. Emergency and follow-up vets later confirmed it was multiple bite wounds, not a scratch. What's even more frustrating is what happened after. We were told there would be an investigation and possible reimbursement, but it has now been over 2 months with: No report No communication No accountability We trusted them with our dog's safety, and both the incident and the lack of follow-up have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly urge others to be cautious.

Honestly, I couldn't be happier! The confidence Remi has gained alone is worth the training he received from Bad Pups Club, but he is also so much more refined now. The best part? They help you learn as well! I was worried Remi wouldn't have his same gentle, silly spirit after training, but he absolutely still does. I cannot thank Aaron, Chris, and Elana enough for not only giving Remi his confidence back, but also giving me the confidence to be the best dog mom. People compliment us all the time on how well behaved he is! However, I can't lie the training doesn't end when "camp" ends. You will have to keep up with the tools you and your pup learn. Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I'm impressed and will definitely return. They still smell like blackberries from B&B! Their coats are super shiny!
