Every time I come into the office, the front desk attendants are personable, professional, and warm. They are responsive to my questions. The nursing staff here, particularly Alice, has been so incredibly warm and supportive. I equally feel heard and listened to by Dr. Topper. He takes me and my concerns seriously and provides a lot of information in order to equip me with the tools needed to advocate for myself as a patient. He always allows time for my questions and takes them seriously. I would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends and anyone looking for a doctor who listens and provides patient-centered care.

The entire process from start to finish was unbelievably easy and pleasant. When I called to make the appointment, I assumed I would have to schedule the appointment for a month or two in advance since I would be a "new patient" (like my previous office made me do). Nope! The lady on the phone scheduled me for an appointment right away. So easy I couldn't believe it! I go in for my appointment, the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in, filled in all my paperwork on the computers they provide and was called back within minutes. My doctor was Dr. Brayboy. I just want to say he is and will my doctor for a very long time!! He actually listens to what I am saying, explains things in detail, takes his time, very knowledgeable and I genuinely felt that he cared about my well-being. When I finally reached someone today, I got attitude and zero accountability. My provider had been out for over a week with no coverage plan. Nobody was monitoring her messages or prescription requests. No one communicated this. My voicemails went unreturned.
